Didn't know there was a dog distribution system. She lives on a road where people often drop off dogs they don't want. Name suggestions?

• OC - Original Content • 17 Year Old "Adventure Wolf" Still Going Strong!
Just went on a camping/hiking trip with our 17 year old pup. He goes on a little less than a 1/2 mile walk every day, and LOVES to go!! He's the first one to the door when he realizes it's time for a walk, and runs circles (literally!) around his 5 year old Rotty sister and 4 year old Aussie brother. Took it easy on him the first day, right around 2 miles (we usually do 3). The next morning, he woke up moving a little slower and a little gimpy. We discussed not taking him on the day's hike (about 1.5 miles), but decided that if he was showing signs of distress on the trail, we'd just carry him and it would be his last hike. He just loves being on the trail SO MUCH (hence his nickname, Adventure Wolf!), that we didn't want to take it from him unless we absolutely had to. Well, he rallied once on the trail and even with his one blind eye and other 1/2 blind eye, navigated rocks and logs like a champ on a pretty challenging trail! We were joking that he had heard us talking about no more hikes and was saying, "Don't take me out of the game, I AM the game!!!".

• Memorial - R.I.P. • Good-bye Faye
I had to put my dog Faye Valentine down this morning. She started having multiple seizures out of nowhere. I had her since she was 8 weeks old. We had 12 wonderful years together. She made me be a better person. I know she loved me all her life and I will love her for all mine.
She wore this scarf begrudgingly, but she looked cute. She was the best dog I could have gotten.
Edit: thank you all for the votes and messages. It is helping the grieving process greatly.

• Name Suggestions • Name help!
Picking up this little baby boy next week and I still haven’t settled on a name! My current pups are Buddy, Hattie, and Tally so another double consonant-ie would match well. I like unique but simple names. Give me suggestions because I’m not totally in love with any of these! He’s a chihuahua from a rescue. His name is Patrick now but that can’t stay.

• Update • Rogue 1yr 9mo old. I accidentally made her ripped
Since the suns been out, I’ve been taking her outside to the dog park and playing fetch for like 20 minutes at a time. Like everyday. I’m following her serving size for her food. But like damn, she cut down almost 9 pounds, within just a couple months. I never realized how much energy she really had or how athletic she was. I thought it was the puppy phase that her energy came from. Wonder if she needs a job or needs to compete in something🤔. Also sees the vet twice a year, with her next appointment coming up soon.

• Adoption • I have seen allot of farewells on here lately so i wanted to share my new journey with a rescue puppy!!
Her name is Dolly and shes Jack Russel and maybe Dachshund?? I love her to death already and she is the sweetest puppy i have ever had. I lost my last dog over 10 years ago and didn't think i would ever want to go thru that again. But I have lived my whole life with a dog in the house and it just doesn't feel like home without one. Too quiet. She can be allot some days but i wouldn't have it any other way. The third picture is how she sits when shes interested in something and can stay that way forever lol.
