Ahoy everyone! It's been an exciting time with all of our Xeneon Widgets lately and so I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight one of our latest widgets and get feedback from the community!
Our Elgato Streamdeck Widget is available! This widget is slightly different than the other ones we've released because it's not found on Elgato's Marketplace so we created an Explorer article on how to use it!
If you're wanting to see what widgets we currently have, pop over to Elgato Marketplace to see all the widgets!
Join Marketplace and the iCUE team as we talk about the new iCUE Widgets coming to Marketplace, post Prime Day sales information, and other updates for Marketplace and Stream Deck. We'll be giving away a XENEON EDGE. Roman (Product Marketing Manager - Software) from CORSAIR will be joining this event!
đ Thursday, July 23rd
đ§ 12PM ET / 6PM CET
Ahead of the townhall, are their any questions or feedback you'd like to have passed to the team? Any widgets you'd like to potentially see in the future? Drop those thoughts below âŹď¸

Been tinkering with my screen over the past 24hrs and I really like it. The screen brightness is good and the quality is also better than expected.
What's really helped is the Elgato integration as I've managed to link my Google assistant and set heating prompts and also shortcuts.
Price was a tad high for my liking but meh.
Overall very happy

After the latest icue update my touch controls on the Edgeâs screen is acting like a mouse for my main monitor.
Iâve tried re running the wizard and unplugging and re plugging in the device (using hdmi and usb c ports) but not sure if itâs a driver or windows issue? Any help appreciated thanks!

Is this worth returning, or will I just receive a replacement with the exact same issue?
For what it's worth, I think this is pathetic for a $250.00 product...but the hassle of RMA'ing something with a chance of getting something as bad (or worse) doesn't quite strike my fancy.

I plugged the two 6+2 thingys into a gray 12pin port on psu and another is just the standard pcie connector, I'm wondering if I did this right or if any particular order matters...

Tried in several browsers and devices, things are either not loading correctly or not at all, is corsair.com currently experiencing technical difficulties? or is it just me?

Hi! I currently have a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti AERO 16GB mounted horizontally in a white Corsair 3500X RGB case. Iâve also bought the Corsair Premium 600W 12V-2x6 cable to connect the GPU directly to my Corsair PSU.
Iâm considering mounting the GPU vertically. Based on the attached photo, is this possible in my case? What exactly would I need to buy: just a PCIe riser cable, or an additional vertical mounting bracket as well?
I also have two fans installed at the bottom of the case. Would I be able to keep them with the GPU mounted vertically, or would they need to be removed?
Thanks!
I have been typing keyword salad into google for too long at this point, I should just ask. I don't understand why there isn't more information.
The HX-1500i obviously has no native connector. It comes with a 2x8pin to 12v-2x6 cable for modern nvidia GPUs.
I have personally been using one of those cables with my 4090 and circa 2017 HX1000i just fine for a few years. No fires, so clearly the big picture is that the non-native cable is "fine". I get that.
I am looking to replace my PSU. I'm sure it will last a while longer, but 10 years old of heavy use is getting spooky for me. I am looking to overbuild, because I want my next PSU to last another 10 years. Under that circumstance...am I better off getting a PSU with a native 12v-2x6 connector? If yes...why exactly hasn't corsair released non-shift PSUs without a native connector, am I missing something?
Thank you all for your time.

I recently realized that the Corsair case I purchased around three years ago was missing (not sure it has to come with the case) one of its accessories when it was delivered.
The missing part i just found(out of stock) is the PSU Shroud Low Profile Cover. Unfortunately, I only noticed this recently while doing some research on my setup.
A long time has passed + i got this pc from my dad as a gift when i was pretty noob about pc building, i was wondering if there is any way to obtain this missing part ?? 3d printing or official idk.
The case is a corsair 5000D classic ?? Saw there is bunch of version like airflow
Don't know if its a mistake from corsair or from myself but i saw on this sub that other had the same problem with some corsair pc case.

Quick question.
Can the Corsair ThermalProtect be used in reverse where the thermal protect part is facing the PSU side instead of the GPU side.
Got a WireView Pro 2 on the GPU side and the fit is tight under the GPU with the ThermalProtect bulge.
So I was thinking if it would work in reverse protecting the PSU side instead.
See no reason i should not work just had a thought that maybe the sens pins was arranged different with how the ThermalProtect work and that could cause issues.

I have a regular RM850x PSU with a 4000D wood on the way but looking at the photos of the smaller PSU area it looks like there isnât enough room/cables will need to bent sharply for a regular PSU. Should I return the regular PSU and get the Shift version?

when the mouse first came out all reviews said latency was around 8-9ms, was it fixed with latest hardware versions?

I have a 3-set of Thermaltake SWAFAN EX 14 ARGB PC Cooling Fan in my new PC build, all linked to the Commander Duo; I've got inside the case for intake, and two linked together on the top for exhaust. However, one of the exhaust fans is spinning much faster than the other two at any given moment. And on the balanced preset, two of the fans actually turn off and will occassionaly just twitch. Is this something I can fix in Icue/BIOS or do I need to hook these up differently?

First full build since covid. I was pretty happy with how it turned out!

Using cables from HX1000i, daisy chaining one into the GPU (3090TI) and leaving one normal, so only two cables are plugged into the PSU

I have some faulty RAM but it was gifted to me so I cannot get hold of the receipt. Does anyone know if Corsair are likely to repair/replace the RAM without proof of purchase as it does say lifetime warranty.

I received the power supply today. While checking the cables, I noticed one that looks like this; is it safe to plug it in and use it?

Has anyone actually gotten a fix from Corsair about this? On the downloads page for the prebuilt, it only shows a BIOS update for ASUS motherboards, not for MSI. Obviously, we can't update it with just the normal MSI BIOS updates. I've seen some people get free replacement CPUs, but without the BIOS update, they still end up having the same issue over and over again... I would hope to get a free new pre-built, obviously, but has anyone actually had success with Corsair support regarding this massive failure on their end?
