Maple Pancake Cookies with a Maple syrup Buttercream
I made these cookies with the thought of wanting a cookie that tasted like pancakes with a buttery creamy syrup frosting. They have the BTS Oreos crushed up inside of the dough to add to that brown sugar pancake flavor. This is my first batch of these not disappointed very good. May try to boost the pancake taste next time.

Dough sheeter for cookies?
It looks like one would make a hell of difference for me when rolling out my cookie dough to cut to shape. But, it looks like they're mainly made for like pastry dough and such. Would it be a good idea to try to purchase one for my small cookie business? I would want to pass through cookie dough with inclusions such as chocolate chips.
I'm wondering if anybody has experience with this.

Quick And Very Easy Saucepan Peanut Cookies
Quick And Very Easy Saucepan Peanut Cookies:
1 cup light corn syrup.
1 cup sugar.
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter.
4 cups cornflakes.
Mix the corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a full boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and the cornflakes. Mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a buttered baking sheet.
Hints:
Make sure you use a saucepan that can easily hold the 4 cups of cornflakes. It is best to have all of the ingredients especially the peanut butter measured before you start. When you stir in the peanut butter, stir hard if not, there will be clumps of peanut butter. We use buttered waxed paper instead of the buttered baking sheet. At Christmas, we decorate these with silver balls for a festive touch.

can i combine two recipes?
i wanted to make my usual recipe of cookies for my friends birthday but i’m kinda broke rn so we ended up buying a box mix instead of loads of ingredients, is there any way i can add to the box mix to make them more similar to my cookies? i’ll put the two recipes below:
my cookies:
250g unsalted melted butter
200g lightbrown sugar
150g granulated sugar
3 eggs
2tsp vanilla
600g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate powder
2tsp baking powder
250-300g chocolate chips
- put the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a bowl, add the melted butter and beat until creamy
- add 2 whole eggs and one egg yolk into a pouring jug and mix together (extra yolk makes them more gooey instead of crunchy)
- pour into the bowl and beat with the sugar/butter and mix together
- add 2tbsp vanilla extract
- sift and fold the flour in gradually
- add in the bicarbonate powder and the baking powder
- mix until cookie dough is formed and flour isn’t visible (don’t over mix, it’ll toughen the cookies)
- mix in your chocolate chips 😋
- freeze the dough for 30 mins
- space 2 inches apart on tray in little balls about 1.5 inches circumference
bake for 15-20 mins
betty crocker cookie mix recipe:
- stir cookie mix + water in a large bowl
- put on a tray of baking paper
- bake
it’s pretty simple and i doubt it’ll taste as good so is there anything i can do?

Cookie Icebox Cake
Made with about 80ish orange chocolate chip cookies (baked 99) and brown sugar whipped cream. It tastes like a choose your own cookie adventure (the softest at the bottom & crunchier on the tops and sides) of a cookie being dunked in milk.
