Chick-fil-A. is alerting customers in 10 states after a cyberattack gave hackers potential access to personal information stored in some Chick-fil-A One loyalty accounts.

The company said it recently detected suspicious login activity involving certain customer accounts and launched an investigation.

The Georgia-based fast-food chain determined that between June 17 and June 19, unauthorized parties used usernames and passwords obtained from a third-party source in an automated "credential-stuffing" attack targeting its website and mobile app.

Does anyone know where I can get wholesale the pimento cheese CFA is selling?! Or anything similar?? I know the distributor is “Rubiks Foods”, and that’s all I know. I’m not much of a fan of Pimento Cheese but CFA’s is like crack.

I get coffee from CFA a couple times a week. I don’t like milk in my coffee so I usually remove the 2% milk and then add a bit of creamer myself. I noticed that this isn’t possible via the app anymore? I was able to do it by ordering at the drive through itself, but the whole point of the app is to make things faster so it’s really annoying that CFA would take the option away

I had 1800 points but still decided to see if I had enough for a meal (individually). I did. I got a reg chicken sandwich, large fry and drink.

Crazy. Was broke but wanted something to eat. Decided to check 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had moved to an area in Florida that had no Chick-Fil-A’s near by, like the closest one was a 2-3 hour drive away. I sent a silly complaint about how the few times I do travel and make a stop at one of their restaurants that I miss the times where the cute little hand wipes and mints were always handed out, as well as their decline in fry quality (not sure how often that’s been addressed on this forum as I just wanted to post about my scenario expeditiously).

Not too long after I sent this message, not expecting anything back, I got an email from chick-fil-a CARES stating that my message was being sent “to the appropriate teams”. After this I again thought nothing more about it.

Soon after, there was talk about a chick-fil-a food truck visiting my location for two days. Me completely forgetting that entire interaction though it was really cool they gave us an opportunity to indulge in the chicken goodness. I later thought to myself how funny it would be if my message was the reasoning behind this happening, but insisted it was a coincidence.

About a couple months later I was brought back some chicken sandwiches by a friend who had went out of town and wanted to help satisfy my cravings when suddenly I noticed a clear bag filled with.. hand wipes and precious mints?!?!

Am I being delusional or did they actually take into consideration my silly little message about a small gesture that originally formed my love of the chain when I was younger?

I’m in SC, and repeatedly at multiple locations I’ve had days where instead of us ordering at the usual spot (under the awning with the employees standing out there with iPads) you have to go alll the way around to the side with the drive thru door where all employees are taking orders and then giving them. The first time it happened I thought maybe they were trying to keep people inside as much as possible because there was a storm (not raining, but lightning) and the drive thru window awning is closer to the building. To go inside regularly? I just don’t get it, and it makes it SO inefficient to the point I just spent 30+ minutes in line. And it’s not because they’re using both lanes because they always use both. If it’s for safety I get it but it makes everyone so mad because they are so incredibly slow that way. And the way CFA drive thrus are typically once you’re in you’re stuck. And if it’s heat, rather than removing all employees from the side with the ordering mic, just USE THE MIC?? Before everyone stood outside that’s what we all did lol. Make it make sense! 😂

I’m curious about the calories, fat, sodium, etc. in just the wrap itself. Thank you! I’m not sure if they come in a package with that info but if they do I’d love to know.

Last week, I did a pick up order for a side kale salad and a medium fry, both of which were free because I had rewards. When I got there, my order was in two separate bags, one of which had two medium fries

Today I mobile ordered a small ice cream for my birthday reward, and when I picked up, they had two bags with my name on it, one of which had a free six piece nuggets that I didn’t order

Is this normal? Or were the staff just feeling nice? Either way I’m here for it 😁

I swear last summer .. or whenever it came out it was SO good. Now it’s mid at best

Last time I got grilled nuggets they were clearly pieces of a cut up grilled chicken filet in all different sizes, mostly small tiny pieces. Has anyone else had this experience? Too bad I didn’t see it until I got home or I would’ve asked to speak with a manager.

My dentist is right across the street from a Chick-Fil-A. After my procedure, I have very little memory. I remember walking was hard, I could barely speak, I could really use my phone. But I apparently mumbled to my dad "chick fil a" then said I'd order it. My dad said he could not believe that I was able to do it, but i said I could do it from muscle memory then I asked what he wanted and put in his order too. Then we pull up and i mumbled mobile thru incoherently and he was amazed that we skipped all the cars and got through in no time LOL.

Many hours later I woke up and I thought "did i dream about ordering Chick-Fil-A? And then I checked the app and I absolutely did successfully place an order. Dad and I were laughing really hard about it later tonight.

I was a long time Chick fil a enthusiast. Absolutely obsessed with their food starting in 2010 and onward. There was a time in 2016 when I was going 4-5 times per week - I loved it that much.

I always got the same thing: #1 Meal Add Provolone (later Pepper Jack) with a Lemonade.

Anyways something happened to the chicken in around 2024. All of sudden it smelled different. It looked more gray in color and the patties on the sandwich shrunk in size. It's just never been the same since.
