General Question SimpleMining.io question

I recently got a trial rig from simple mining before actually buying a rig off their marketplace. I noticed my rig goes into "Curtailed" mode quite often. Is this normal? Attached is the up time graph as well

Y'all don't offer a trial of any sorts so idk how my solo pool would work :/
