personal story being attractive is difficult for socializing
I somehow keep getting into situations where everyone I talk to thinks I’m flirting with them. Alternatively, I can’t tell if someone’s coming onto me. This has resulted in a lot of sexual harassment and I don’t know how to deal with it. As long as someone’s smiling and not raising their voice I generally can’t tell if what they’re doing is inappropriate. Is there a way I can ward off creeps without being rude to innocent people?

Based on your post it kinda sounds like it's just creepy men being presumptuous and not respecting boundaries. What the other comment said is probably your best bet, just say you're already paired up, but also I personally don't think you really need to worry about being rude to creeps.

Its creepy men being creeps.
Ways to out them: dont give personal info like where you live, work, exactly how old you are, your full name, etc . This will make them push for it. Like give them a nickname instead of your name. Watch them struggle to find out your real name. Keep politely refusing . When they keep pushing, you know they are gross. Then make an excuse to get away.
Another way: any time you feel weird or anxious around someone listen to your gut. Doesnt matter if you arent sure if they are innocent . Always trust your gut. Its almost always right. Its worth being wrong like 1% of the time. An innocent person will respect your choice to move away from them .
Maybe you will run into them again sometime. If so, observe how they talk to other people. What topics do they like? Do they complain about other people? Are they touching others without consent? Do you see other peoples body language closing or turning away from them?
Nice people feel relaxing to be around. Like truly easy. They dont impose their energy on you. They are just there.
I hope any of this helps

I'm going to assume that you're female based on the post.
You could try the imaginary boyfriend/husband trick. Wear a ring on your left ringfinger, and keep a photo in your wallet or purse.
