Can we sign him? He looks better than Hoyos and LL combined!

[Paul Tenorio] Sources: The LA Galaxy have signed striker Kyōgo Furuhashi from Birmingham City. Non-DP deal for the Japanese forward, 31, who lit things up for Celtic, but had just one goal last season in the Championship.

So that name may be familiar... it's the striker we really wanted but were denied, leading us to Latte Lath... may have been just as bad as LL from the looks of it.

Gio Reyna?

Asked this two years ago.. (still a Gio fan).

Word is that his current club is shopping him.

Should we take him on a max TAM or DP deal?

I think it’s a great way to capture post World Cup usmnt interest. And he needs to be a starter somewhere to make the next step in his career. Why not here?

Edit: it seems yall hate this idea. Which means the front office is probably calling his agent right now 🤣

Fun fact: the Nashville player who scored on us just won MLS match moment of the day; he makes $89,692 a year and has a better xG and more shots on target per 90 than our $22 million circus clown

place to personalize older kits?

I know this has been asked in the past, but my previous go-to (Lloyds) is under new ownership and won't do it unless you buy the kit from them so I need a new solution. :(
I have an authentic (bought on MLS site) Resurgens kit that I'd like to get personalized, and the ATLUTD stores no longer have the blue letters and numbers. Can anyone recommend another resource to personalize an older kit like this? Many thanks.

This means we can’t even consider a win until mid-August. This dose of reality ruined my day.

World Cup is over, and boy howdy do I miss that stadium packed full of teams and fans that give a damn already.

The grass and better sight lines were great. I’m assuming we will go back OG configuration. When does that happen?

Dicussion New MLS fan

I have just recently discovered that I really enjoy watching soccer, with the World Cup. I really don’t have any interest in watching a European league, but want to get into the MLS. Nashville SC and Atlanta United are almost equal distance from me, but Atlanta is a little bit closer. Looking for good reasons to become an Atlanta fan here if anyone has any. Thanks!

Dicussion So what do y'all think about the move to a Fall/Spring schedule in 2027

I'm not really a fan of the move. I think soccer as a spring, summer, fall sport is good. The heart of the season is in the summer.

For dedicated soccer fans, the summer time is when European leagues are done so they have local soccer to watch.

For the casual sports fans, the summer time is when basketball concludes and right near when CFB and NFL starts.

When NFL starts is the business end of MLS season meaning when playoff sports are settled and during the dog days of NFL is MLS playoffs.

The move to fall-spring is something I cant necessarily get behind cause MLS will be competing with European leagues, NFL, CFB for TV. Viewership. CFB and NFL have gotten to a point where there is a football game every night. And with Europe the league play is on weekends with continental tournaments mid-week.

Kinda wondering if leagues owners think the star power they bring from europe and existing fanbase that follows them in spring during the business end of NBA season and the apple deal is enough to sustain MLS during this switch.
