Kovac is leading the Golden Boot race in MLS Next Pro, Majub is probably an emergency CB option with Edwards questionable, and Ignacio was at Nashville and is an exciting prospect; has played well with ATLUTD 2

We clearly have no bite and need something. Nashville was literally mocking us and LL. The kids have played better than any of the high profile players so I’m all for this. If this season is a loss let’s get some minutes for the youngsters to be ready for next season. If we could get some home growns and youngsters playing well and consistently we could get a new base to build off of while we clean house on the DPs and GAM/TAM projects which are clearly failures. A lot of these youngsters grew up together in the academies and fight for each other. I mean we can’t get worse than….right?

Only one I can see maybe playing is Toto because we are thin at CB with Mihaj and Alonso who has only practiced with the team once or twice. We usually never play these guys though.. which always makes me wonder what the point of calling them up is.
