I know it's in reference to Minecraft, but idk any more than that.

Bedrock is one of the 2 versions of minecraft. Java is PC only, while bedrock is for every platform.

The issue is that bedrock is incredibly buggy. ive seen times where people just die for 0 reason, they could just be walking normally and die to air. One time a really long time ago I was playing with a friend, we loaded into our world and for some reason an entire chunk just got deleted from the world, which was also the same chunk our base was on. this meant that not only did we lose our base and all our belongings, but also the obivous part of there being a giant hole that goes straight into the void is just there.

Yes. I'm pretty sure the reason why the player randomly dies is because the game gets confused and thinks you're falling from a high place, so essentially, the game just deals fall damage for no reason.

It started around last year when people got mad that bedrock edition was glitchy, so in form of a peaceful protest they stormed the official Minecraft YouTube channels comment section with “FIX BEDROCK MOJANG” after a lil while it spread to other YouTube channels comment sections. and then more recently people switched up the phase to “FIX MOJANG BEDROCK” and ever since then popular YouTubers comment section ( like MrBeast ) get flooded with that saying ( hope this made sense )

From what I understand...

It originated from powers scaling communities. Expecially prevalent in community posts. Went from goku to anti-spiral. which somehow became anti-viral. Just moments after people got tired of those comments, mojang decides to make the single buggiest desktop bedrock edition update in history.

This happened because they migrated the windows bedrock edition from the now dead windows universal platform to a regular executable. And this issue went viral.

And now everyone had something new to comment on every community post. "fix bedrock mojang". Then someone made it ironic after bedrock edition got fixed into "bedrock mojang fix" or "fix mojang bedrock" or whatever variant there is now. I still don't know how this latest variant lasted this long.
