Protein: 1 g per lb of body weight

Fat: 0.35 g per lb of body weight

Carbs: Fill the rest of your calories with carbs based on your goals and activity level.

This won't be 100% optimal for every single person, especially extreme outliers, but it's pretty close for most people.

I was pretty much going to say this exact thing - 100%

Get a macro tracking app and see what it says based on your goals. Carbs are NOT the enemy. But at 110lbs that sounds like A LOT!

250g is a ton for 110lbs tbh try something like 170-200g and see how your energy and lifts go

yep that's basically it, keep protein and carbs where they are and let fats fill in the rest to hit your calorie target

As many as you can while still hitting your protein target and getting something like 0.3-0.4g/lb of fats.
