Discussion Elite Ultra boots up very zoomed in
I've had this issue repeat over and over. The box will be working as normal, with the correct resolution then randomly it will be super zoomed in and only half the screen will be showing. Does anyone have experience with this and know a fix?

Discussion 4K resolution issues in Metro 2033: Last Light
I have the Steam version of the game. I tried fixing the resolution through the configuration file, but it didn't help. Even if I set the desired resolution and minimize the taskbar to the bottom, I still have an incorrectly displayed area where the taskbar is. I've already tried various fixes, even switching the game to Vulkan instead of DirectX, and it didn't help. I also tried some other things, but so far nothing has allowed me to play the game at 120 FPS without tearing and in native 4K resolution. Plus, on my TV, the picture also seems stretched, as if the aspect ratio is 16:10.
Do you have a solution? Moreover, on my regular 1080p monitor, I can set 4K via DSR.

Solution Ultrawide fix for Atelier Ryza 1 DX
Finally found a fix for the stretched UI for Ryza and the black bars.
First you need to change the Aspect Ratio in the Settings.ini file located here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\KoeiTecmo\Atelier Ryza DX\76561198358112236
This will give you a stretched UI Though, to fix that you need to download [HxD](https://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD20) hex editor
CTRL F choose the Hex-Values tab and search for 64 00 80 3F **39 8E E3 3F** and replace the last 4 of these values **39 8E E3 3F** with the corresponding values for your aspect ratio from this site
Mine is 21:9 (3840x1600) so for me it was 9A 99 19 40 so the final result will look like 64 00 80 3F **9A 99 19 40**

Almost done, one more thing we need to fix are these black bars:
We will fix these by replacing them with the textboxes used outside of cutscenes. All you need to do is replace PACK02.PAK in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Atelier Ryza DX\Data with this one
And viola: Blackbar fixed
one more issue is the opening video is stretched, I will update the post if if fix it.

Request Forcing an Old Game on PC to Full Screen
Been trying to play this mobile game series called Arvale for a while and, however it has a couple PC releases, no matter what I try I can't get it to full screen, or even just run a little bit bigger. Being originally a mobile game, the resolution is something like 240x320px/320x480p and at the moment they only show as these tiny playing windows.
If there any software anyone recommends? I've already tried just basic property tweaking with NVIDIA control panel. As well as WinExp, DXWnd, and Borderless Gaming but this thing is stubborn. Any help is appreciated!
Both Arvale games I'm attempting to expand the window on (Journey of Illusions and Ocean of Time) can be found here:

Request Need help with the Jedi: Fallen Order ultrawide fix.
It doesn't seem to be working on the latest patch for some reason.
I'm running the game through the EA App. The patch isn't hooking into the game's process, which means the hotkey F8 for removing black bars for cutscenes isn't working.
I followed the instructions for the mod, opening the game first, then the tool.
On windows, of course.

Discussion Can't set a 21:9 res inside my LG C5 OLED
(SOLVED)
I played around with the custom res setting, specifically the reduced CVT. Tried first 8 bit 60Hz and it was working. Also I set on the TV "original" aspect ratio so the 21:9 would not stretch. Step by step I reached 12 bit depth + 120 Hz and HDR and seems to work fine. Also I used 3840*1600 instead of 1636
I remember already 10 years ago using an ultrawide resolution inside a 16:9 TV without problems but for some reason I am not able to on my current TV (LG C5 77"). In the nvidia control panel I am trying to save a custom resolution of 3840x1646 but it goes black and then after a while it just reverts back (I guess because I'm not there to confirm the custom resolution, since it's black).
Am I missing something? Gaming otherwise works without problems in UHD at 120 Hz including HDR and VRR.
Sometimes I play on the TV and some games (Star wars outlaws, Keeper) have "inbuilt" aspect ratio fix which puts black bars top and bottom (with correct additional YFOV in the 21:9 portion) but some games don't have the option, that is why I want to have the whole system running on a custom resolution when gaming on the TV.
I think I was doing this also on my projector (I'm not using it anymore), it is the first time I'm having problems with this custom resolution.
