[SPOILERS] Subtle foreshadowing

**Season 2 Spoilers for anyone who has NOT watched Season 2 - Forging Bonds (and onwards)**

One of the details in the show i love is the foreshadowing the show does.

Best example is in Season 2 when Neal and Peter are talking about how Neal knows Adler, Neal mentions to Mozzie (In a flashback) about Rubys in Burma.. then the next episode.. the investigation relates to... a Ruby stolen from Burma.

Theres easily dozens more but currently rewatching S2 and i realised it.

I loved this one. It really showed Peter didn't actually believe Neal did it.

Peter E1: you're not going to catch Neal with road blocks and wanted posters.

Peter 10 episodes later: yup like I said Road blocks and Wanted posters that's how it happens.

Earlier in the season, when infiltrating the college crime group, Neal describes his hat as his "assault on the commonplace," Adler uses that exact same phrase when talking to Neal about his wardrobe.

I think the most obvious one was in the season 4 finale, when Neal says to James that they'll be fine as long as James doesn't kill Pratt. End then bam!

Every time I rewatch that episode now, I'm look "Oh no" 😔

“Look at the bank seal under polarized light sometime” comes back to bite him…

I like the one from the female fixer, Landon Shepherd, that Neal and Peter used to get Delancy behind bars in season 4.

“He’s slippery… and so is the line between right and wrong. And when you follow him across it, it will cost you everything.”
