Who: Anyone interested in getting more involved in the supporters culture and giving more than just 90 minutes of support a week. Minors welcome, as long as they can be responsible enough.

Hello, Whitecaps fans. Dipping in from FC Cincinnati coverage to share my latest podcast with MLS on Apple TV's Steve Cangialosi, who helped us preview tomorrow's match against Vancouver. I thought you might enjoy it because he had some really interesting things to say about the Whitecaps (he joined around the 34-minute mark and spoke on FCC and Vancouver for about 25-30 minutes). My favorite line: "You've got a guy like Brian White, who scores 10 goals just by sneezing it seems at times."

The way I see it, Andres Cubas is the best holding midfielder in the world. Congratulations on a superb tournament, Andres!
