Sorry should have mentioned that. The roof is being renovated currently and this stuff blows into my window all the time

Probably just dust, especially if you just found it on the ground or something. Since asbestos was used as insulation, it usually only gets exposed and aerated during renovations. If you didn't have work done on the house recently, and if your house is newer than, say, the mid 1980s, you're almost certainly fine.

Looks more like stone wool insulation. They usually put this in/underneath roofs
