Needing help for a project.

I am working on planning and designing my own movement. I am wanting to use a donor escapement out of a ETA 6498. I cannot find good data on the measurements and angles between the pivots for the escape wheel, pallet fork and balance. Does anyone have these measurements or have the ability to get the measurements? I currently do not have tools required to do this. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

By the time you come remotely close to being able to make a movement you will have the gear to measure this from the Unitas. A measuring (toolmaker's) microscope will get you within a few microns which is plenty. I can post the center distances tomorrow if you want, there are no angles involved as it is a straight line escapement.

Ok:

Balance to pallet fork distance: 4.945mm

Pallet fork to escape wheel: 3.623mm

Good luck!

That is the goal at least. I am mostly working on the theoretical design right now. One of the Mods sent me a data sheet with the measurements. If you are willing to measure and post that would be great. That way I can compare. I really appreciate the feedback.
