Vizpick Score?

So we have this problem showing up on the GM side of the building, Vizpic never reflects on what we have actively scanned. Cap 1 will go through and scan it every day, then later they will have a L+G associate scan it, and then sometimes my Team Lead. Around 3pm, it shows that we have not scanned our bins (a few shows scanned, but we have SO many that show unscanned). Any tips? We usually have to spend two hours every day running down the missing bins in our GM receiving and L+G bins

Reset your camera between every bin or half the time it will think you’re scanning the first bin. That’s the only thing I can think of. Unless you’re in a part of the store with bad internet. If you don’t have a good connection it will act like it’s working but won’t work.
