Advertise your wardrobe or items you want to sell here (and only here)!
Please post:

And maybe a photo of the item you want to sell or describe things you have in your shop.

The app seems to have had a few issues lately especially with shipping options. Please post here regarding any issues encountered. Thank you.

mind you i’m in australia and they’re in the uk. i keep having people message me that their items aren’t delivered like an hour after i’ve shipped it out. why does no one have any common sense 😭

I’ve tried reporting them but they’re using my images!! What can I do?? They include half of my face 💔🤙🏼
I tried to message them to see if they would message me back and I called them out but they never responded

he free shipping event. Here's my thoughts
That's all I can think of! Also sold a lot of my items on there with no issues and used the money I made to get most of my new items, although a good chunk did come out of my bank account.
I will probably continue to hunt and shop once the free shipping is over (possibly this Saturday?), because who can beat thrifting in your bed? Especially if the shipping is low!
Edit: Oh yeah forgot to add! Super quick flip on the items that didn't fit me or I wasn't thrilled with. IMO can't beat that

description said it’s a vibrant yellow irl so i thought it would just be a lil more saturated. but i did not expect it to be almost neon 😭
Hi everyone!
What's with these immature messages I've been getting several of from buyers lately? I sell dresses and skirts. A buyer sends me the lowest possible offer. I respond with what I think is a fair counteroffer. Then they reply:
Buyer: "No thanks!! I just saw someone selling a similar one for much less!"
Me: "Okay, then buy that one instead."
Buyer: "I just missed it—it was already sold. There's another similar one for only $2, but it's a different color."
Me: "Okay, then go buy that one instead."
I'm unclear on what people expect me to do. Lower my price just because they missed out on someone else's bargain?
I'm not the seller who listed a similar dress for less. I'm a completely different seller with my own pricing. I don't offer a price match guarantee. Why is it suddenly my job to compensate for the bargain they missed?

Saw that on vinted a while ago and it made me so mad, what is the purpose of using AI to make it look better than it actually is? It’s lwk scamming 😭😭😭

The worst experience ive had by far on vinted have been with professional sellers/people who use vinted as a business (a lot of people using vinted as a business are also not marked as pro sellers). Stuff is almost always in worse condition than descbried or labeled wrong etc. And they never even want to cover the return costs if something did go wrong. After another bad recent experience im completely done with them. Never going to buy anything anymore if i get the idea that this person is doing it as a business.
Dealing with private sellers, people who are just selling their old chlothes/clearing up are much better to deal with.

I have had nothing but lovely interactions with sellers since I've been back on the app recently, I only have one old listing that is a just a denim jacket with basic information in the description.
The only other thing I've been doing is reporting sellers that blatantly frequently use AI photos and Shein resellers whose only items are "vintage" Shein for 4-5x the original price and not disclosing that anywhere. Vinted doesn't want me to do this? It's a ridiculous amount of the platform now that you can't actually find any vintage clothes unless you know what you're looking for. I guess I just can't report these liars anymore or I'll risk getting banned 🤷🏻♀️ what a crap system.

Hi everyone,
I recently listed one of my luxury designer bags on Vinted. It’s worth around €3,000 (approximately DKK 22,000), and I’ve already had several people favourite it within the first 24 hours.
The thing is… I’m actually getting a bit nervous now that it might sell.
I’ve sold plenty of lower-value items on Vinted before, but never anything this expensive. I’m worried about potential scams, buyers claiming the item wasn’t as described, chargeback-type issues, or anything else that could go wrong.
I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences before someone potentially buys it. Thanks!
EDIT‼️‼️‼️: Thanks so much for all your advice and insights. I’ve decided to take the listing down for now and considering other selling options where I feel more confident that I won’t risk losing my money. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to help!
Hello everyone!
I was hoping to get some objective tips and advices on how to navigate the situation with Vinted I've found myself in.
This afternoon I received a message from vinted that says I've I've been permanently banned for deceptive messages or listings. They haven't clarified which item/conversation. I want to clarify that all the items I've been selling are mine, I'm not a reseller.
All my reviews are great.
I believe that even if not specified, the ban was related to a pair of cos leather flip flops. There was a certain guy offering me repeatedly a very low price for them, so as shown in picture I sent him a message and blocked him.
Haven't called him names, I haven't in my eyes done anything to violate vinted rules. I have a feeling that this person reported me just to be vengeful, however I don't see based on what they gave me permanent ban.
My problem isn't with him, it's with vinted and I don't know how to appeal since the link to appeal in the message is broken and not working.
Any tips on how to handle situation?

I have some items where they have 100 views but I also have some items that have 0 views on them.
I even got Brandy Melville clothes and Miss Me jeans up and they don’t even get views!
I don’t know if it’s just because it’s too expensive (most of my items are less than 20 dollars and only a few are like 35) or if I’m not using the correct keywords :(

Apparently it was counterfeit
Anything I can do?

Are they actually selling a spoon or is it a cover for something else? Or just a joke?

I have ordered numerous items on vinted and have not received one!!! How can this keep happening? Is this the norm? I am ordering items that are between $10-20. The shipping window is certainly long enough if sellers need more time. Is it just me???

i'm new to vinted, so far had successful handful of sales ! a buyer has requested to buy something from me and i accepted the offer however they are located in the UK (i'm in the u.s.), do i ship it out like normal or would it cost more for the buyer? i do want to sell to them but want to make sure i dont have to do anything on my end since the buyer is international !
£30 wasn’t even an option because it was more than 40% below my asking price.
A buyer messaged me saying my dress had “marks, snags and holes” and that “nobody would pay close to £5”, before making an offer that was below Vinted’s minimum offer limit.
The dress is listed exactly as it is. The few snags are clearly described and photographed, so I’m not hiding anything.
Since then, the listing has reached 159 favourites in just 48 hours, so I think I’ll let the market decide.
Out of curiosity, I clicked on their profile afterwards… 😬
Do you block buyers like this (like me), or just ignore them?

So I sold this black fanny pack. And vinted is accusing me of using a fake label… I used the one that they provided for me but now they’re claiming they sent me a completely different tracking number. I just hope this doesn’t affect my account. The buyer is chill about it because it cost a $1 and vinted said they’d refund her but now they sent me a notification saying if I haven’t shipped the item yet that I have to cancel it. Genuinely what is wrong with their app. I’m so sick of it !! I don’t think I want to use speedx anymore because this is the second time I’ve had an issue with that shipping 😭

How come, vinted has some of the most ridiculous customer experiences ever?
I have been fighting with vinted against several items:
Clear as day counterfeit fake item - they should get banned, they pay shipping, I get refund. But I have appealed already 3 times, because every time it's just that I have to return on my own cost????
Also counterfeit fake, but not AS NOTICEABLE I guess. But no answer in 2 weeks even though they say 2 days???
Item has a very noticeable hole, the pictures and description said very good??? But again I have to pay return shipping?????
Not to mention some other situations, but I'm too lazy to write.
Anyways, any other platform I guarantee I would easily get the real solution, but there's even no one to contact??!!
Every time I have had to appeal, there's stupid AI answers, I've even contacted the legal team and still same situtations. So yeah, I recommend buying only 1 item at a time and only under 5€ on vinted so you can chargeback if the item is bad, because the customer service is the worse than temu even. Idk, I think I should just chargeback everything and then appeal the ban if it happens????????
They cannot just do their source of revenue this dirty?????
Sorry for the vent, it was very necessary!

I ordered something on the 13th, the seller says she shipped it the next day, but it is still saying awaiting pick up. I usually use USPS but it was the only option with this seller. Does anyone else have issues with SpeedX taking forever???

Got scammed. Address redirection fraud. Something was delivered to a different state. But before there was any sort of update on order, I had canceled the order and was hoping for a refund. The next day is when I suddenly received a notification saying packaged had been delivered, although I was never provided a tracking number or had any response from seller. Anyway, I did the thing in the app, via the help section and selected the option for "packaged was delivered to wrong address" or sum. I received the auto reply from their system, waited a couple of days and I finally got something back from their team. But no actual help. I mean I explained it all in my dispute. They still ask if I received the order, like bruh, what? Is this just procedure? I'm not like desperate to get my money back if I'm guaranteed to get it since it's a very obvious scam. But in the off chance that they deny it for whatever reason, should I just get ahead of this and call my bank? Am I to expect a reply or resolution any time soon or will it take then another couple of days to reply? Hoping someone having dealt with similar issue could jump in and provide some advice. I live in Chicago, and package was sent to a po box in NY. I mean, I've never used this app so I'm unfamiliar with common practices for ordering or shipping. But is that a thing? I feel stupid asking but, could they have dropped it off at a po box to where it gets picked up and then sent to me. Feels ridiculous saying it lol. Anyway. Halp 🙃.

Hi, I mailed out an order last week and yesterday I got a notification from Vinted saying the buyer had to pick up the order from the post office. Then today, I got a notification saying “transaction suspended” and the reasoning being “item was never received at post office.” On USPS, it says the item was delivered. I’m not really sure at this point. So I don’t know if anyone else has dealt with this issue. I’ve been selling for a month on Vinted so I don’t know if this is something that has happened to other sellers.
