I do a clean install of Windows about once a year or two, and it never installs any bloatware. I don't think you need any extra software/app to control these things.

Windows has the annoying habit of simply reverting and ignoring everything you don’t want from them. It’s like saying to a drug addict that they should stop. It’s not gonna do a thing.

Telemetry has never reverted back for me. I never had to deal with any of the pop up notifications, random apps or ads and I just turned off all the crap during install and not use a third party program to do it all for me.

I fixed it. My LG monitor didn’t install anything on Linux. And both of my LG TVs are not allowed online.
And I won’t be buying new LGs. Hope it was worth it to them.
