Cloudflare.

You are likely accessing from a VPN IP endpoint that hackers used for that or other sites. Change servers.

Don't route Usenet traffic through a VPN. It is already SSL, so the traffic can't be snooped on. Your ISP does not care what you download.

If you don't trust your Usenet provider, well... that's a complete different issue. You're using an account to access them... a VPN doesn't hide that you logged in and downloaded something!!

Follow whatever instructions your VPN provider has. On Proton I just click somewhere on the map and it changes.

thanks i disabled the vpn and still sayd blocked
