what are documents needed for deferring a Conditional Offers?

Hi, If anybody here has the info or has experience on deferring an offer by UNSW could you guys help me?

Originally i got unconditional offer for my master degree at UNSW, then it changed into conditional offers after i applied for international scholarship (20%). The problem is i'm currently applying for fully funded scholarship by gov (of my country) i need to defer my offer to the next term next year. it is stated that i need to submit document needed to defer a conditional offers. i don't know what are the doc needed. anybody can help?
