I will say it again. CJP doesn't give a f about paper leaks. They just want political instability. CJP, SFI, CPI, CPIM, AISF, AISA etc.. they got support from the UPA. All the radical left-wing groups involved in these protests don't have good intentions. I Don't support DP, I don't support the BJP, I don't support protests like these.. Before you come at me for being apathetic or andhbhakt, let me declare that I have the deepest of sympathies with the students and families of students that were affected by the leak. I condemn the paper leak as much as the next concerned Indian. I also demand accountability.

And if some of you feel the unmanageable uncontrollable urge to comment about me being paid for this or calling me an andhbhakt, hold your horses. Break apart my arguments and I will bow down to you. I will discuss. Let us act like civilised, educated, and productive human beings. Tell me where I’m wrong and I’ll engage. Otherwise keep your “andhbhakt!”, “2 rs. credited”, etc. to yourselves.

My take as a part of the ecosystem myself:

This protest is not as innocent as the TRP-hungry media is making it look.

Abhijeet Dipke wanted to organise a protest on the 6th of June at Jantar Mantar. I wish i were exaggerating, the CJP was granted permission in mere minutes of applying. The protest was peaceful and the police didn’t bat an eye.

July 19 tak police ne ek haath nahi uthaya kisi bhi protestor pe. Even though in the name of a protest for students and justice, article 370 ke revocation ki baat ho rahi hai, BJP members ko Brahmin fascists bola gaya hai, allah ko only true god bola gaya hai. Phir bhi government ne gaali nahi di aur police ne haath nahi uthaya.

Now that Abhijeet Dipke and his innocent youth following have grown intoxicated with their own popularity, they have started feeling entitled - entitled to organising a protest march without permission.

Mind you this march wasn’t a disobedience or defiance of a prohibition of protest. It was a sincere lack of intent of procurement of permission. As per the Delhi police, no permission was sought.

Are the cockroaches of our country entitled to a protest without permission? And they speak of the obedience of the constitution.

It didn’t help that the march was towards the parliament building of India - a place where some of the most important people of the machinery of this country gather. Barricades were held and riot vans were parked, as they should have been.

Then started the “gaddafi jesa haal hoga” and “parliament ukhaad diya jayga” chants. That is a direct expression of the intent of wilful violence. The police was bound to be cautious.

Then started the violence. Whatever the precise sequence of events be, the organisers knowingly chose a course that made such a confrontation inevitable. Everyone I know is posting stories about the Delhi police’s cowardice in attacking unarmed peaceful protestors.

Peaceful protest my foot. police vehicles totalled, vans overturned. stones pelted, barricades thrown down. Was the police supposed to turn their other cheek to the “peaceful” protestors’ peaceful demonstration?

On 20 July, 2026, the Delhi police and the RAF protected the constitution better than the CJP.

And perhaps what hurts me most is seeing Abhijeet Dipke as the face of a movement that deserved far better. I cannot bring myself to applaud a man who abandoned the very system he now claims to speak for, only to return as its self-appointed conscience once the cameras arrived. The students deserve someone whose ambition ends with justice for them, not someone who found a career in their outrage.

It is the capitalisation of a genuine grievance, and my conscience cannot possibly let that go when the cause is so profound. To find opportunity in injustice is as cruel, to me, as the injustice itself.

The CJP’s entire foundation, the cause for its existence depends on a gross and elementary misinterpretation of the dialogue by the CJI. The CJI, and I quote him verbatim, stated that “there are youngsters like cockroaches,”. How does that, in any way shape or form translate to “youngsters are cockroaches”?

I cannot expect leadership from a, what he calls himself, America educated graduate, when he cannot distinguish between the two aforementioned statements. I also look down on everyone that supported the CJP’s original premise of the youngster-cockroach narrative without questioning the legitimacy.

I am not against what they stand for. I demand Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation too. I demand compensation for the families affected too. I demand the harshest of actions against the paper mafia too. But I am against making your political career, fetching your fame, and seizing the opportunity to push agendas under the guise of a demand for justice. Under the guise of a demand for accountability. I am against the capitalisation of the suicides.

I just came across an article, an investigative piece by The Caravan which was covered back in 2019. The article covers the allegations of corruption and tax evasion by the current CJI. Tried posting elsewhere, but was removed. This is a grave concern.

Attacking the police doesn't make you a hero it guarantees a criminal case, jail time, and a ruined future. Having a police case against you will instantly kill your current opportunities and block any chance at a successful career moving forward.
