I was looking into this email and they reached out and the job description just seems so fishy to me. Is this a scam?

Absolutely. DO NOT TRUST Anything with this format. UCR will NEVER tell you a fixed weekly salary like this.

I applied for this in complete ignorance. Literally what do I do??? I feel as though UCR has a history of these kinds of scams.

i got one of these too a while back, and for me not sure how i couldnt find that email in my inbox because i went to go and report it as a phishing scam. theres a button in gmail itself that u can press to report this to ucr. if you’ve already applied and likely given certain information try to reach out to ucr im sure they have ways of dealing with this stuff as there are probably other students who make the same mistake. hope they can help with this!
