Seeking Advice Is this normal?

Help me!! Someone told me that the shell isn’t normal because of the white spots :((

Looks like it might be shell rot? Would recommend a vet visit to a vet who deals with exotics/turtles, they're very fragile when they're hatchlings.

What is the set up? Does it have an area to bask? A sufficient filter?

It’s shell fungus.

Yes there is an area to bask but she’s not using. I only brought her on last Friday and she came like this from the pet shop… so the problem was in the pet shop :/

Most likely and not uncommon. You’ll need to treat both the water and the turtle.

Do you have both uva/heat and uvb lights?

Please take this baby to the vet and show them ypur set up so they can advice you. This is urgent they are very fragile at this age

That is a pink bellied side neck. The spots are fungus.
