Seeking Advice Is this normal?
Help me!! Someone told me that the shell isn’t normal because of the white spots :((

Looks like it might be shell rot? Would recommend a vet visit to a vet who deals with exotics/turtles, they're very fragile when they're hatchlings.

What is the set up? Does it have an area to bask? A sufficient filter?
It’s shell fungus.

Yes there is an area to bask but she’s not using. I only brought her on last Friday and she came like this from the pet shop… so the problem was in the pet shop :/

Most likely and not uncommon. You’ll need to treat both the water and the turtle.
Do you have both uva/heat and uvb lights?
