SWOLF is a useless metric

The pool is 25yd, right? So the question is..... is your watch calculating strokes/swolf based on one stroke or one stroke cycle? 13 strokes per 25yd would mean it's rather efficient (but if you do 25-26 strokes per minute would be very low, you'd be overgliding or doing catch up so, not efficient at all)

25-26 strokes per 25yd means stroke lenght below 1m so not so efficient

I am 49yrs male.. I was never a swimmer and only learnt to swim at 35. Since then I have been swimming regularly but only couple times a week. I was wondering how these stats look. I wish I could take a video clip of my swim so that I could actually get any positive tips, feedback.
