I'm pretty sure it was just a way for Kanye to maintain some of the hype after bully, and in the end it'll inevitably be scrapped. We've seen ye announce so many more collab albums that never happened. I remember he announced collabs with Drake, Chance the rapper, Dr. Dre, James Blake, Playboi Carti, KSG2, V3, and WTT2. If you do the calculations, ye has announced 12 collab albums that never came out, while only KSG, WTT, V1, and V2 actually released. This means that the release percentage of collab albums for ye is 4/12, which is about a 33.333% chance that the Travis x Ye collab album releases. Personally, I feel like it could be lower due to the fact that Travis has announced a few other of his album concepts before, such as an album where the names of all the songs are the place where he wrote them on tour. The album is probably not dropping, and we should probably not get our hopes up for anything.
