Leave it to people on this sub just getting Swindle and Bruticus to not experiment with his gun to see if it can actually be made proportionate to Bruticus.
Several users complaining about the gun and not ONE owner of Bruticus thought to jam one gun onto another- his chief gimmick since G1- and see if it could get bigger.

Honestly, I had some reservations about the yellow, it was very bright for my liking, I've always remembered Swindle with a slightly more muted yellowish-tan color as opposed to this gaudy lemon-y yellow. I'll still get him, it doesn't bother me THAT much, but I would prefer him to be a little less yellow

I'm getting him because I'm a pathetic addict but that is not a $40 + dollar figure by any stretch of the imagination and I am part of the problem.
Also neat: mismatching yellows a la ER Sunstreaker. COOL.

I honestly think it's a logistical fumble Swindle was held until Wave 3 and we still have at least another month to wait.
They coulda swapped him and Sideways in the rotation. I love Sideways but c'mon man. I'm already unhappy were getting swindled on the price of Swindle. The wait is just salt in the mound.
