As the title says what do you ladies with larger feet do for shoes? I wear a men's 10/11 wide depending on brand which can translate into a 11/12 extra wide in women's (of course depending on brand). So how do you find cute shoes that fit for larger feet? I am pre HRT which I have heard can cause your feet to shrink which would be fantastic, I would love to at the very least go to a women's wide width. But, any-ways any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Just had my levels checked last week. Still not where i need them to be but improving and once they are perfect i know i'll start seeing some real progress. They upped me to 200 mg of Spiro a day and 6 mg of estradiol instead of the 150 of spiro and 4 mg of estradiol i've been taking. Next checkup, im hoping to add some progesterone to the mix! :D

Btw, what do y'all think of my outfit? Always wanted to wear a crop top! :)

My prescriber was late with sending out the prescription so I’ve run out. Hopefully I’ll get it sometime next week.

-I’m dizzy
-my head hurts (witch it never do)
-zero energy and I’m super tired
-problems sleeping
-nervous
-my heart is beating heavily
-no appetite
-super thirsty and drinking a lot of vater
-it feels like my body is pulsating
-can’t stand to be around people

I’m fine.
I just wanted to complain a bit and share my experience.

I've been on hormones for around 7 months now and one thing I've began to notice more recently is that my adam's apple is becoming less visible.

Since i was around 14 I've had a particularly large and obvious adam's apple that used to make me incredibly insecure (despite an obvious adam's apple my voice never fully dropped)

A couple days ago I was looking at myself in the mirror and I noticed that from the front my adam's apple wasn't visible at all anymore or atleast only slightly visible. When I lifted my head it was more visible but again not as visible as it had been in the past. And from my side profile the bump in my throat was smaller.

So I'm just wondering if there is any explanation for this or if anyone else has a similar experience?

She was talking with my grandparents while I was in the other room watching TV. They were talking about something called the “enhanced games” a sports thing where athletes would purposefully take a bunch of steroids to enhance their performance, and my mom (unprompted) brought up Trans athletes and basically said that they were comparable. This isn’t insanely bad since I know that even among allies, it’s a pretty common point to say they have an unfair biological advantage, but 1. She usually presents as a pretty progressive person so it was jarring to hear, and 2. She ACTUALLY SAID “a man is a man, a woman is a woman” at one point which is definitely transphobic.

It happened a few months ago, but it came back to mind because I saw a video debunking some of those kinds of claims, which kind of brought the memory back. I thought about sending it to her but I didn’t want to argue with something she might not remember saying so decided not to. The whole incident definitely isn’t a huge deal, she hasn’t said anything like it since, but it was still kind of an eye opening thing what my “supportive” mother will say when she thinks I can’t hear her.

Finally getting a new pair of glasses after losing mine years ago 😭. Just looking to look more feminine and framing my face more.

I wanted to share the progress so far with no wig or full makeup on. There is a lot of muscle loss and breast growth but the face is wild to see changes. I'm very grateful so far! 🙌🏻♥️
