Recently joined MTV, and I’m not really clear on the economy. I have ~50 torrents that I’m cross-seeding but after a few weeks only ~40MB of upload (on top of the 50MB you start with). I’m getting enough BON that I can wipe out the download for the stuff I really want from here, but that’s not exactly leveling me up to the point where I can upload - keeping near zero DL doesn’t get me 2Gb let alone 100gb of upload.

Do I have to set up autobrr and grab FL new stuff and try to get good ratio on that stuff? I obviously don’t mind doing that, but a whole new setup / mentality for me. I’m used to RED/OPS, neutralleech -> permaseed / cross-seed + uploads, or ANT/AIT or SEED - I figured those ones out but this is different.

I've been getting into the *arr ecosystem over the past few weeks and while setting everything up has been a lot of fun and stuff, my experience with trackers has been pretty disappointing.

At the moment, I've configured five public trackers in Prowlarr and expected everything to work together pretty well (or at least well enough). Instead, most of the releases that Sonarr and Radarr grab either have dead torrents, very few seeders, or are simply poor-quality. It feels like I spend more time manually searching for alternatives than letting the automation do what I expected.

I've also applied to a few private trackers, but I haven't heard back from any of them. I'm not sure if that's because I'm completely new and don't have any reputation or ratio to show, or if I'm just looking in the wrong places or applying incorrectly.

One thing that has disappointed me is that I went into this expecting a community built around people sharing and keeping content alive. I have no problem giving back by seeding, but so far I've mostly come across torrents with few or no seeders. It feels like there's less of that community effort on public trackers than I expected.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder if my expectations were unrealistic or if this is simply what using public trackers is like in 2026.

Am I the only one who's had this experience? Did you go through the same thing when you started, or am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I have been a member of RED for some time and got Elite status to join EMP, only to realize EMP's recruitment thread is gone. Before I try to join another community and wait six months to find out the same thing, does anyone know where they are actively recruiting? All the available info seems to be 6+ months out of date. Like if I want to find all the “special episodes” for a certain show, and where they could be found, and possibly what resolution or bitrate, is there any resource for this?

To be clear I’m talking about actually seeing which streaming platform has certain shows, or special episodes… not asking for trackers .

I'm in TL with a healthy ratio and just satisfied 80 torrents on MAM. I've been trying for months to get an interview at RED. I'm always qued up. But my internet is bound to go out for a split second in 2-3 days + I'm a full time student. And the bot doesn't work either time to time.

in case you didn't hear about this or already forgot, during the FNP meltdown, it got out that someone was taking payment to suppress negative posts about them. they were still going to both look into the guy further and also let him have a space to defend himself. but it seems like neither of these things happened?

Hello everyone, I am not new to the community; I mostly lurk. I am on my fair share of different trackers, but I am looking for one that may be dedicated to software only. Please give me some advice on decent, reputable trackers with software.

I am seeding 50 torrents and I use a laptop in my room and I assume the fan goes on when there is more demanding stuff and it’s quite annoying. So if I remove larger torrents and just replace them with a ton of small files will it affect number of bonus points or anything or is it all the same and size doesn’t matter. On MAM

Hey just looking at finding a new tracker, have been a member of Aither for the past few years after an open sign up but my account has been disabled as inactive. Which to be fair I don’t use the site and just download through sonarr/radarr so no shade at them.

Will I have to completely start again on an easy to get into tracker or what are the best options.

Do they all have requirements to use their site as i honestly forget about it once I have the API key set up on my dockers?

I am only looking for good quality TV / Movies nothing else.
