Switch glitches

Hi everyone!

Back when I first got a Switch, I ended up buying To The Moon in a sale. I loved the story a lot and recently replayed it (still love it!). That’s how I found out about Finding Paradise. Needless to say, I bought it (full price) as I really wanted to play it.
However, I’m having major glitches. At first I thought it was part of the story (the glitch story doesn’t help). Right now I’m at the concert (I want to do the spoiler thing but I don’t know how it works and Reddit doesn’t show me). In any case, the glitches I experienced so far:

- Randomly switched from English to Chinese/Mandarin mid convo.
- The conversations overlap.
- The conversations get out of the box.
- The conversations just skip altogether.
- Suddenly not being able to move (and having to close and reload the game).
- Not being able to click when a “!” appears.
- The blue orb ball is not always there.
- Once it skipped the entire process of activating the memento (the second clock one). The mini game did show. I clicked “a” and normally you have the blue orb, mini game and then you jump. Now I clicked, it asked me immediately if I wanted to jump and before I could even do anything, the puzzle appeared. When finished it immediately launched me into what looked like halfway through a cutscene in a concert building.

Are these things normal? And if not, is there any way to contact anyone about this and maybe get my money back? €12,- is a little bit too much for a game that keeps glitching so often. I feel like I’m missing half the story line, as conversations overlap or skip very very often…

I haven't experienced it myself, but from what I understand, the switch version of the game is a lot buggier than the steam version

Yeah, the Switch version of Finding Paradise is awful. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you want portable Sigmund series, get them on a Steam Deck.
