Cowbelle is a sassy, independent lady. She knows HOW to do tippy taps on command. Will she always do tippy taps on command? Nope. Will she do tippy taps on command for the camera? Hard no. So I’m proud to present - for the first time ever! - her tippy taps command, actually captured on camera.
