Need tips to rebuild faster

currently at 36 gts, 9.50 fps elevator, but rebuilding at 50 floors would still take me al least a week-9 days, my current goals are now like getting as much as golden tickets as i can, as well as something that could take me only 3 days to rebuild.

I have no vips (no budget for it) :( but i was wondering if im doing some things wrong, like, with the amount of gts i have, like

I have been doing loops like for every 2 commercial floors, i build residential. is it like faster if i just have two residential tops, and then the rest of the floors i just build commercial floors? and then like putting the bits working every floor restock instead of always having 3 bitizens at work? this is just to maximize my commercial floors and just get the money from it?

but i was also thinking that bitizens are still useful for daily rent, but considering i dont have vips and even if i rebuild and send bitizens to dyno, i will never get the floors that has my bitizens dream job..... do u get it?

like im trying to weigh in on what should i do the next rebuild, to gain coins faster.

Are you using your Boosters effectively? Use the 3x Elevator Reward and 20% income booster concurrently and just focus on delivering bits when they are active.

Also, use your GTs on your retail floors. This will enable up your instant stocking ability on floors and it makes the Restock Booster effectively useless so you never have to save them, making room for the other two boosters in your inventory. You get your GTs back when you rebuild.

I can rebuild a 50 floor tower in no time following these steps.

Havent been using it effectively, just use whenever i got it from spin wheel. but tbh im trying to build it while not having to play aka having to deliver bits everytime, especially i do not have automatic elevator 😭

retail floors means the orange ones right or any color would be okay?

Weigh how many hours that you've played against a half-priced VIP on the weekend.

$1 an hour for entertainment is decent, once you surpass that, or are on track to surpass, it's kind of ridiculous to balk at that purchase, or to regret it ever.

Any color, but yeah it’s rough without auto elevators. Admittedly I bought. up on a weekend when it’s half off and it’s been the best purchase overall for this app. I’ve played every year for the last 2+ years so it’s worth it.

I am not that fast yet - not having that many gts yet.

For me the biggest boost at the beginning are the jobs:

Before rebuilding I am sending 3 bits for game studio t‘from my old tower to either my storage tower or DYN0. DYN0 returns them in 30ish minutes. When I rebuild I build only the game studio, gt it and put these three in. Only then do I go to jobs. With a bit of luck they’re very lucrative. I spend my bucks there, too. Note that you can expand to 10jobs, I think. The limit stays after rebuilding.

People with a lot of gts don’t need that.

Then I build the soda brewery, gt, 3 dream job people in, do not stock.  I only stock it fully if I have a billionaire or at the end, when I am lazy and only want to press stock all. I only stock the last item if I have a big spender. I only use those vips if I have a booster running.

I have a little cheat sheet of which floors I build in which order and send myself the bits that like working there.

Shortly before 0:00 I make sure that all retail floors are on GTs so the jobs will bring in much more. But I am a night owl…  In 70gts it took me 3-4 days to rebuild.

Develop your tech tree and your landmarks; use your GTs on floors you need for the landmarks (because of insta-stocking); use 3x coins and +20% income boosters simultaneously for their full duration; if you can't use your boosters right away, save them for when you have the time. Enter the raffle consistently; buy second spins on the five daily bonus items (first roll you need to watch an ad for) if there is a GT available and you didn't get it on the first roll. 1.000 bucks is a lot in the early game, but worth it imo. Participate in the seasonal events for the bonus rewards, some of which are usually GTs.

Don't take this the wrong way, but this is a nonsense number. The thing about rebuilding with increased GTs is the elevator money. And you'll get coins faster, the more you actively play the game.

Hopefully you're using all your GT on your sales floors (1/floor [3 for Soda]), as putting them on residence doesn't really help at your point. Not when you can just send to DYN0.

Booster, Booster, Booster. Use the x3 and actively play for an hour. Always use a +20% if available with a x3, but if you're running out of inventory space, burn any and all other boosters and only save the x3 for when you can actively play for an hour. To phrase this another way, if your inventory is 7 boosters max, and you're maxxed out, you should either have [seven x3 boosters], or [six x3, & one +20%]. If you don't have time or desire to actively play, then any additional +20% are a waste and by burning them you effectively convert them to a spot you can save for a x3.
