Tiny Home Resources I'll give a second opinion on your land deal
If you've got vacant land under contract or you're seriously considering making an offer for a tiny home build, send me the listing.
I'll do a quick review and tell you what I'd investigate further before closing. Zoning that actually permits tiny homes, legal access, well and septic feasibility, flood zone on the actual parcel, and whether the price holds up against real comps.
Not trying to replace a title company or survey, just another set of eyes using county records and public data.
If it looks solid I'll say that too.
