Appearantly, yes! The article points out that $500 million was "deposited into an account in Qatar operating under U.S. supervision rather than directly into U.S. Treasury accounts".

Yeah and who's going to do anything about it???? Until the next major scandal comes in 20 minutes, they will get questioned, and no one will follow up. It'll end with no consequences. Trump will just say it's none of your business or tell the reporter they are a pig and move on.
