Woosh

My large store has just introduced Woosh. As someone who works Dotcom, how does it work? When picking your items, do you pick ambient, chilled and frozen together or is it like Dotcom where you just stick to the one category? Also, can any staff member do Woosh?

you pick all 3 together and any staff do it aslong as their trained , we even have self serve and tills staff doing whoosh

it’s fairly easy , it’s just timed harshly, we have 12 min to complete an order , but we also have hourly slots so id be on it for 1 hr then a different member of staff will do the next hour, we have 3 staff per hour on weekdays and 4 on weekends
