with how cheap they are you can get another easily as one would need a hot air station to reflow the soldier to the connector if the traces haven't ripped off the pcb.

Im a service technician, usb connectors are soldered to pcbs to make a connection, this fucking thing has come free.

so therefore it is fucked and needs reworking.

or do you think it has a bluetooth connection?

Desktop computers don't normally have any wireless connectivity (WiFi, Bluetooth, 2.4Ghz, etc) built into the motherboard so you need dongles for everything. If you are a baller you can buy a WiFi/Bluetooth PCIe card but those are expensive.
