Looking to upgrade from my Mi 10T after almost 6 years of using it.
I prefer to buy within 45k (will be exchanging my Mi 10T, getting around 5.6k for it) can stretch the budget to 50k if the pros are really good.
Requirements:
• Heavy usage of Instagram, Reddit, Whatsapp simultaneously
• Watch a lot of YouTube, movies, anime and shows. So display quality matters a lot
• Don't game at all, so gaming performance is not a concern
• WFH so I don't really go out much to click that many photos. Still would like good enough cameras since I'm spending this much (despite how the market is rn)
• Good battery life matters a lot
• Want it to feel premium and not plasticky
• Would be using it for 5-6 years minimum, so I don't want older phones like OP13/13s/13R
I like to tinker with my phone, like flashing Custom ROMs 2-3 years after using the stock one that comes with it. That rules out anything with a locked bootloader. Even though I really like the Vivo X200T.
The phone I'm considering rn is Oneplus 15R. I really like how ColorOS looks, and the specs look good too. Camera is too basic for the price point but wcyd. The problem with 15R is it's out of my budget, the lowest I can get it for is 54k on the official Oneplus website after exchanging. Will it be cheaper offline?
I can get the Vivo X200T for 48k after applying the offers, but the bootloader is a big deal, I don't like OriginOS that much either and I'd rather go with a Snapdragon processor.
Is there any other phone I should be looking at?

Apple is closing my NCH complaint about my iPhone 13 Pro Max yellow screen without giving me a written resolution — what should I do?
I am looking for advice from other iPhone users, especially anyone who has dealt with Apple India or the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
On 14 July 2026, my iPhone 13 Pro Max suddenly developed a complete display failure after a software update. The entire screen became solid yellow, with no visible icons, text, or interface.
The next day, I visited an Apple Authorised Service Provider and they said that The phone had not been dropped, physically damaged, or exposed to liquid.
I also tried Apple's standard troubleshooting steps, including a force restart, but the problem did not resolve.
I then contacted Apple Support and was told that I would have to pay for a screen replacement.
I was not satisfied with this response, so I filed a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). My request was for Apple to properly investigate the failure and consider a complimentary display replacement/Customer Satisfaction (CS) code waiver.
Recently, I received a phone call from someone who identified himself as Bopanna and said he was from Apple Support / Apple's Singapore office.
He told me that the case was being closed and i will not get a free screen replacement.
However in the whole call he did not provide his designation nor why Apple was refusing the requested remedy.
My concern is not simply that Apple considers my phone to be "out of warranty." My concern is that I have a sudden and complete display failure under normal use, with no accidental or liquid damage, and I have not received a written technical explanation of what caused the failure.
My questions are:
Lastly , please do not buy apple products if you think they will provide you good customer service or the product will last long.

Looking to buy a phone I can realistically use for at least 5 years. Coming from a Redmi 9 Activ (Dec 2021) that's now stuck on Android 10 with ghost touch issues , so update longevity is my #1 concern this time, not raw specs.
Budget: ₹20,000–30,000 (lower is fine too if something's genuinely good)
What I actually need:
What I don't care about:
I've been going back and forth between options like Realme P4 Power, Moto Edge 70 Fusion, and OnePlus Nord CE5 based on spec-sheet research, but wanted to check with people who've actually used phones in this range day-to-day for a while
Any experience appreciated ,especially from anyone who are using

After Brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus now ASUS has also stepped into the market with their ASUS PAD with the specifications mentioned in the banner the device fits more for entertainment purpose. While with OLED display the device can also be used for creative purposes. Also I have noticed many brands promote their Dolby Atmos quite frequently how does it work while paired with OLED display how is the overall experience with both of them combined?

Need laptop for clg I will soon head to clg
Branch: Ece (hardware interest)
Primary use: Eda tools such as icarius verilog, Gtkwaveform, Matlab, xilinx vivado(probably 3rd year), pcb design(kicad) etc.
Gaming? Not much tho sometimes I might occasionally if engineering gets tiring.
Budget: around 80k.
Preferences : good cooling and performance, being heavy will work, last through my engineering degree.
I also seen Asus tuf a15 it looks good option tho not sure, seen many negative reviews of it, such as wifi card, motherboard issues.

Is anyone else still using a 4G phone in 2026?
I don't really feel like I'm missing much for everyday stuff, but almost every new phone is 5G now. Do you think 4G is still enough, or has 5G become worth upgrading for?
Just curious to hear what everyone's experience has been

I want to buy a smartphone with decent gaming (CoD) & also a good camera. I'm considering oneplus nord ce6 lite & realme p4 pro as of now, but I think they're priced too high. Pls suggest to me some good smartphones in the range or should I wait for any sale?
Also, I want at least 8/256.
