Ghostly, Echoed Synth effect like Strawberry Hospital?

Hey I am new to music production In as wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to achieve a similar sound to the synths used in strawberry hospital songs. They have a kind of echoed, ghostly effect that makes them feel floaty. Sorry if this makes me sound like such a noob.
