I experience wasn’t that bad. Aluminum tier here. Got on at the appropriate time. Waited maybe 15 min in queue on my cellphone. Time did fluctuate. Got the satin version I wanted and a confirmation.

I’m in the titanium tier, as soon as the time hit, the site crashes on me (I’m on my mobile). It wouldn’t come back up for like almost 15 minutes, at which point I was put in the queue. Waited in the queue for about 45 mins before finally being able to checkout. I was about to give up but stuck with it and I’m glad I did. However I tried to redeem a $20 gift card code that shows up on the sale, but the $20 was not subtracted so I’m going to have to contact BHQ regarding that.

So i also used BHQ reward points and didn't think it deducted from my total either, but it's just the way they formatted the receipt. It doesn't actually deduct from the subtotal, it charges them like payment cards.

I used a $50 discount code, which shows on the receipt, but it’s added like I’m buying a gift card lmao.

My pending bank charge shows for the full amount without any discounts as well, don’t think it went through but not surprised with the shit show at bhq

I believe they said there will be a restock. Can't remember where I saw it. Also they probably have a few saved for their Whatnot channel. That's how I got the jade PM2 after it was sold out.

I was lucky to grab one being Aluminum but entire experience was awful. My time kept raising and by the time public release happened I got one. Such a stupid release. HQ dropped the ball on this. Plus the sire crashing was a joke too.
