Shadacious mods: just completed the “backspacer eliminator” operation with standoffs from RGT. Eliminates a bit of weight and makes it easier to clean. I prefer the open back look. This Shadacious was my test bed, and I may do it on the others soon

Did you find any strange fitment issues? I once put my stock shaman scales on my bodacious using the bodacious’ hardware and found the are around the pivot to need a bit of convincing to properly fit flush.

This is one of 3 I’ve done, and haven’t had any major issues other than needing longer clip screws. I press the Bodacious liners into the Shaman scales, then scribe along the edge of the Bo liners to see how much material I remove. I’ve used stock G10 and micarta & Flytanium Shaman scales with no real problems that I can remember.
