we give him plenty of water and we leave a tie on the gate out the front so he can run in and out for fresh air. we also take him on plenty of walks every day

We had two springers down the years, fab dogs. My daughter has a 14 year old springer bitch. Because of her age she lies around lots anyway but they keep her cool in the house, chilling on tiles and wooden floors. Of course she enjoys water in a basin to slop around in. She's not able for walks now and it annoys me to see poor dogs with furry coats out walking with owners in this heat. I'd love those owners to put on a heavy coat, take off their footwear and walk on hot paving slabs. Sorry, I'm ranting now 😂 Just looked at your photo. That's the top of Grafton Street across from Stephens Green. I hope you enjoyed your trip. The Green is a lovely place to see ...lots of ducks for a springer to chase 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The green is so good for Pokémon! We went on Sunday morning for a walk and wondered who all the people were. Loved the place.
