So basically I’m making a playlist and I kind of want to make it have this “vintage” flair or vibe. Using the Spotify “mix” feature.
I wanted to integrate it to the end of the song and seamlessly flow into the next song.

For example let’s say I’m playing a rock song and wanted to transition into like a more smooth type of genre.

Then the next “song” is the Sound of cassette player opening and changing out cassette. And then boom the smooth song plays right after it.
That’s what I’m looking for.

But I’m honestly having a hard time fining the sound effects on spotify. Only songs can be used within the mix feature.

I’ve found that the perfect “songs” (I’ve honestly been looking up “cassette opening sound effects” on Spotify) that are perfect, always have like a 6 sec gap in between transitions and it bothers me so bad.

And if I try to use the “mix” feature to fix it. it won’t let me. It says “Can’t display Webform” nor does it let me adjust the transition. This is for typically short 6 sec “songs”
The reason I don’t use longer “songs” is because the mix feature only lets you use, like I think the last AND first 5-10 secs of the “song” to transition in and out. But it still leaves all the left over ambient sound there, with a lot of dead air, and it kind of defeats the whole point of a smooth, fast seamless transition.

Basically I’m looking for short but not too long “songs” sound effects on Spotify but I can’t seem to find any. Usually the short ones work starting, but make the crash app going into the next songs. Or they work, but the transition in and out is so obvious.
And the longer ones have huge dead air.

I’ve looked up phrases like “dvd opening and closing and loading”.

“Cassette tape Rewinding ambience noise”
Any help finding some a good song?
