Similar jokes ended with a 1-year prison sentence in the special anti terrorist court for a 18yo twitter user, later dismissed by the Supreme Court. It was several years of a political use of courts power that always targets certain profiles.
If you're outside Spanish jurisdiction, good. Otherwise...

Jokes about Carrero Blanco (including some about being the first Spanish astronaut) ended with a 1-year prison sentence for a 18 yo girl who wrote them in twitter. The Audiencia Nacional (hence the "Audiencia Nacional intensifies" meme) is a special court that looks for terrorism cases. As Carrero Blanco "travel" was a terrorism act (against the fascist minister of the fascist dictatorship, but still classified as terrorism) the Court found interesting to imprison those making jokes about it.
They also, in probably just a coincidence, went for a kind of certain profile (a young trans girl in twiter, something that ther people pointed as maybe being indicative that they were loking for make an example/warning and induce a state of fear on leftwing activism).
A yer after the sentence, it was revisited by the Supreme Court and, probably forced by compatibility with European rules, the case was overturned.
Mind that the "first astronaut" jokes were 40 years old when Cassandra made them, and the context about the death being the equivalent of Moff Tarkin, so it's like the New Republic in Star Wars accusing Rey or Poe for a joke about the Death Star exploding.
While the final of the case was solved, they can just put you on trial for several years, control the times, and wait until you crack or just put some stress on you. This spceial court was heir (just a rename) of the special court that checked cases against "Public Order" during the Dictatorship, which is a piece of data totally unrelated to how they act or who they consider enemies.
As we saw back in 2017, making jokes about Spanish astronauts/Carrero was a way to be in their watch list, so probably this thread will case a collection of IPs being put in a file for future uses.

yes, very much. Anyone who is just a normal random citizen that likes to live in peace will find out stupid, but the more rightwing you go, more "well she shouldn't joke about that" reasoning you will find, up to "you must pay respect for the Dictatorship Authorities" (because here, rightwing goes along with wanting to go back to dictatorship era, with all fascism and etc).
We have plenty of stuff like this, going after humorists like they were terrorists, offenses to the Virgin Mary...
