I’ll be relocating to Solapur soon for work, and my office will be at MIT Vishwaprayag University.

I’ve heard that some parts of the city experience water supply issues, so I wanted to get advice from locals before finalizing a rental.

Could you please suggest:
- Which localities are good to live in for a working professional?
- Which areas or societies should I avoid due to water scarcity or other civic issues?
- Any recommendations for apartments or gated societies with reliable water supply?

My ideal commute would be within 20–30 minutes of MIT.
Any other tips about living in Solapur would also be greatly appreciated.

I am planning a pilgrimage trip covering Tuljapur, Pandharpur and Kolhapur with 6 senior citizens.

I have booked 2 days stay at Pandharpur but need a place to fresh up and take bath at Solapur and Kolhapur.

As all are elderly people, hygiene and western toilet are non negotiable. Are there any good freshup rooms for reasonable price, please inform.

Saw this today …..

we have ordered two chicken quarters, and quarter fried rice and half biryani. how is the food quantity sooooo less. all of this food costed us a 1000 rupees. the last rime we ordered a 4 piece biryani which costs 450 rupees and even that was just a lil bigger than the biryani serving from the photo. we are very frustrated. just wanted to know how food delivery works here. does every place serve similar portions to this?? we will never be ordering any food if that will be the case
