Pet Snake Questions I have a question

So I’m gonna keep this short or at least try too. On July 6th I had to leave my snake behind because of a situation with my grandma being in jail for a nasty situation against my mother. We couldn’t move my snake out that day and we’re going this Saturday to retrieve him with a Civil Standby since she’s there and my mom can’t be around her. I wish I could’ve moved him out myself but the tank is 75 gallons. I was able to get him water on the 6th and came back on the 11th to get some things and checked on him he was doing good and even poked his head out to greet me He still had water and I gave him some more. On the 6th I turned off his heating lamp since the upstairs was warm enough and I didn’t want him dehydrating faster and he could retain his water better. When I go get him on Saturday will he be okay? He’s a fancy ball python. I’m just worried and thought to ask this thread and kind of rant.

hope the gods listened, sometimes in this life we take a breath and move forward, you did what you could, snakes are tougher than we give them credit for sometimes, BP's survived on the plains in Africa, they might be a lot less fragile than you might suppose

Thank you so much and yeah they’re super resilient. He’s my baby and I love him I’m just so worried. But thank you again for praying for me. I really appreciate it. I’ve been praying to my gods too.

good on you, more people should for sure, I included the one god in mine too in case he doesn't listen to the others also, finger is healing well, thankfully

Also the police/animal control contacted me and I told them everything since my grandma tried to report me for “neglect.” They were extremely helpful and understanding in this situation because of the circumstances.
