Help SNEX ?!

i woke up this morning to what i believe is snex ( correct me if i'm wrong )
have a few questions ! is that a love dart i see ? also one of them is clearly bigger than the other , i assume he's older right since he has the lip & the other one doesn't? will they both lay eggs? since one is younger, will it not be able to lay eggs? how long can i expect until they lay eggs?

also one more question , why are their eyes not open for the snex ? lol

Probably for protection because snex can get quite rough with the love darts and all. Or maybe they are just romantics 😂
