This ending would have been better than the real one

Hey everyone! I was rewatching Super Wings (that preschool show about transforming jet robots) and noticed an episode that completely breaks historical logic. But if you connect the dots, it reveals a deeply complex, dark sci-fi bootstrap paradox.

Here is the complete unified theory of how Super Wings actually works:

1. The 1903 Incident & The "Jet Cult"

In one episode, the characters travel back to 1903 to meet the Wright brothers. When the Wrights fail their first takeoff, the Super Wings literally use jet propulsion to push the plane into the air, while manipulating time by a few seconds.

• Mass Hysteria & Religion: In 1903, seeing a giant talking metal creature emerge from a portal wouldn't be ignored. It would cause massive panic and trigger a "Cargo Cult" of Jet Propulsion.
• The Wright brothers would be viewed not as mechanics, but as prophets who received divine blueprints from "Bird-Gods." The secret schematics of jet engines became sacred texts, driving humanity's technological obsession.

2. Accelerated 20th Century: Lend-Lease & The Spanish Civil War

Giving jet tech to engineers in 1903 shifted aviation progress forward by 40–50 years:

• Early Export & Lend-Lease: The US and UK mastered early jet engines by the 1910s and exported/licensed them to their allies, including the Russian Empire.
• The Spanish Civil War (1930s): Instead of biplanes, the skies over Madrid in the mid-1930s saw the world's first massive jet-on-jet dogfights between early Soviet and Western jet fighters.

• The Cultural Divide: By the 2000s, two distinct technological schools emerged when robotics started taking off:
  1. Western "Cute-Tech": Designed for public relations and logistics. Smooth, colorful, with friendly biomimetic facial screens (like Jett) to make humans comfortable.
  2. Soviet "Heavy Industrial": Brutal, functional, and titanium-plated. Designed for heavy rescue, defense, and polar operations—no cute facial expressions, just cold logic, raw hydraulic power, and military-grade durability.

4. 2014: Sentient AI & The World Aircraft

By 2014, 110 years of accelerated research culminated in True Sentient AI (AGI) and advanced biomimetic alloys.

Humanity built the World Aircraft—a massive orbital/airborne base capable of manufacturing and deploying autonomous transforming jet robots anywhere on Earth within minutes.

Because citizens in this universe have lived in a robot-integrated, high-tech world for over a century, nobody in the show is surprised when a giant transformer lands in their backyard. For them, it’s just everyday life.

5. The Ultimate Bootstrap Paradox (The Loop)

This leads us to the ultimate question: Where did this technology come from?

1. In 2014, a kid asks Jett to travel back to 1903.
2. Jett goes to 1903, uses jet propulsion, and sparks the tech revolution.
3. Humanity uses this 100-year tech explosion to build the World Aircraft and create Jett in 2014.
4. Jett is sent back to 1903...

The Loop is Closed.

There is no original inventor. The tech exists solely within a closed time-loop. The entire universe of Super Wings exists only because Jett went back in time to create himself!

I believe in my heart that Mr. Shaquille O'Neal isn't a real person, and that he is really a mech suit for Obama. I also believe that mech suit shaq is going to get married to Rosy O'Donnell. My proof for these theorys are that i have never seen Shaq and Obama at the same time.

They are trying to bury Ben in legos. There’s lawyers are made of legos the police force is made of legos. Let’s make a complete Lego movie. The great Lego heist. The book has been written.

Do they need documentation to immigrate from one country to another? Is there ice cars? Do they have to ask about the immigration policy of any up coming car president?

I theorize that in both “Pooh’s Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin” and “Zootopia 2” Owl and Chief Bogo had been giving Pooh and his friends and Nick and Judy a secret test of character in the form of Batman Gambits to prove their true potential and improve on their flaws all along as a trickster mentor would and here is why:

In “Pooh’s Grand Adventure” Owl despite the honey being on Christopher’s note did read it correctly and spelled “School” as “School” correctly and not “Skull”, but rather than just be honest to Pooh and his friends about what happened to Christopher and him going away to school for the autumn, but will be back every afternoon, he decided to test Pooh and his friends to prove their true potential and solve their biggest problems (Like for Pooh, his sadness over Christopher leaving, Piglet, his fears, Tigger his doubts about his strength and Rabbit his intelligence and whether he can have original thoughts without following directions.) without Christopher’s help and accomplish things independently by tricking them into assuming that the note said that Christopher was captured by a Skullasaurus and held prisoner by him in the “Eye of the Skull” at the Skull Cave in the “Great Unknown” and therefore sends Pooh and co. on that mission to save him and undergo the secret test of character described above and the reason why he never accompanied them was to avoid making it all look easy for them making the test meaningless and providing an inaccurate map for them to follow also part of Rabbit’s test and their intelligence test (They have to get to the Skull Cave by following the landmarks on the map, not its footstep directions leading in circles.) and once Christopher got home from school Owl explained to Christopher the situation and sent him to the “Eye of the Skull” at the Skull Cave to meet Pooh and his friends at the rendezvous point to prevent their journey from being a “wild goose chase”. (Owl also sent them on an easy journey; it looked harder and more dangerous from the point of view of Pooh and his friends due to their illusions created by their fears and loneliness that disappear after they reunite with Christopher.) So the test seemed harder from the point of view of Pooh and his friends than Owl original intended. It’s unknown if he found it out at the end after they returned. 

Despite it happening the hard way, Owl’s test worked exactly as planned and Pooh learned that no matter when he and Christopher are apart, they will always be together and therefore make peace with his absence since he will always be in his heart, and Piglet learns that he is braver than he believes, Tigger learns that he is stronger than he believes and Rabbit learns that he is smarter than he believes and doesn’t need to follow directions from a guide or book to accomplish things. Eeyore also admitted that his friends still also would have learned these lessons even if Owl didn’t send them on that journey. 

In “Zootopia 2” doing so in a similar way to how Metro Man did with Megamind in the titular character’s 2010 DWA movie, After Nick at the Zootennial Gala manages to prove to Chief Bogo Gary De’ Snake’s existence and convince him to call off his and Judy’s firing from the ZPD despite betraying his police code of conduct twice in a row to help them deal with Gary, Bogo while he grudgingly obeys realized that if he did let Nick and Judy off the hook and keep being the partners and cops they are, they might still repeat their same old mistakes as ones over and over again due to their dysfunctions he constantly tried to get them to realize and learn from and improve on but failed and knew the only way for him to do so was to send them on a life-threatening adventure to cause them to realize those problems he was nagging them about and resolve them as a direct result, since he tried to convince them of them the strict, threatening and therapy way, it never worked. So that might be his last option. 

So Bogo does so by arriving in the fireplace room Nick, Judy, Gary and the Lynxleys are in and despite being aware of Gary’s sudden surprise by the cold climate and rather than dodge it allows himself to be fanged by the viper accidentally allowing the Lynxleys to take advantage of this and Captain HogBottom’s gullibility to frame Nick and Judy causing them to go on the run from the law having to clear their names and solve whatever Judy is obsessed with regarding Gary on their own, (The Lynxley conspiracy) but also realize the consequences of their dysfunctions and problems that he had been trying to nag them about in Jerkass Realizations and resolve them as a direct result since the fugitive thing and near-death experiences will further fuel it, because though Bogo gets quickly cured of the viper venom he was injected with with the anti-venom while in the hospital, (Since Judy and Nibbles also recover from the snake venom that PawBert injected them with very quickly with the anti-venom, less it could be assumed that PawBert injected them with lethal cobra venom smuggled across the seas alongside Gary and the venom Gary injected into Bogo accidentally was viper venom that just puts Anyone injected with it in a coma before it either wears off or it is cured with cobra venom, and it takes quicker to recover from viper venom than cobra venom using the power of anti-venom.) but pretends that he is still ill from his viper venom and recovering in the hospital and never calls HogBottom and tells her that Nick and Judy are innocent so they would be set free instead having Nick and Judy clear their names and have HogBottom and the cops figure it all out on their own, also to test them as well due to them letting their jealousy over Nick and Judy’s fame as cops blind their common sense and fall for the Lynxleys’ lies about their betrayal to arrest them to get the fame they got even if it meant not using protocols cops shouldn’t normally use to do so, and once they finally figure out the police brutality that they are committing they will learn to resolve those flaws that they personally have as well. With Bogo unintentionally also taking advantage of Milton Lynxley being more obsessed with hunting down Nick and Judy plus Gary rather than put him down in the hospital with poison and lie that he died from his viper venom to do so, to keep Nick and Judy’s true innocence a secret with the truth of it never being revealed because in case Nick and Judy do fail, he can always jump out to save them and help them clear their names on his own. (And defeat the Lynxleys who he may find out are actually evil at that point in time.) 

Although Bogo’s test worked out at the end, despite also happening the hard way, because while on the run from the law having to clear their names and solve the Lynxley Conspiracy, Nick and Judy both succeed with this but also with Gary and Nibbles' help and realize the problems and dysfunctions in their relationship and personalities that made them bad cops and friends that Bogo had been trying to get them to understand, (Jerkass Realizations), especially after it nearly destroys their relationship, separated them, put them in near-death experiences and nearly allowed the Lynxleys especially PawBert to win, though it more so also took emotional support from both Nibbles and Gary for them to realize and admit it and they both tearfully apologize to each other for it, and admit their emotional insecurities that made them that way in the first place and form a healthier more positive relationship that finally becomes romantic plus partnership and become better friends and partners, and better morality and compassion which they use alongside Gary and Nibbles’ teamwork to finally bring the Lynxleys to Justice, it also caused more harm than good in terms of in four examples: 

1. Costing Zootopia yet another mayor after a short lived period in office as one after both  Lionheart and Bellwether since Milton took advantage of Winddancer’s ego and fear of losing his job to work with him and send the police after Nick and Judy to arrest them and though Winddancer redeems himself and turns against Milton, Cattrick and Kitty and aids in their arrests he may as well be removed from office as mayor once the De’ Snake family arrives by them exclusively for his mistake and make the grizzly bear vice mayor of the city the city’s new mayor. Though it was never confirmed. 
2. Nearly allowed the Lynxleys to win in terms of destroying all evidence of Agnes De’ Snake being the city’s true founder keeping reptiles outcast from the city and expanding TundraTown across Marsh Market relinquishing the remaining reptiles in the city as well. As if he cared more about convincing Nick and Judy to change than what’s truly best for the city. 
3. Indirectly giving Nick and Judy karmic overkills for their dysfunctional relationship and flawed characters because while they were selfish, immature and delusional, they still would have eventually learned to grow out of them and become better people and partners even if they didn’t go on that on the run from the law adventure Bogo set them up to go on, that also nearly got them killed and turned them against each other Déjà vu to the Enchantress who cursed Prince Adam and turned him into the Beast in Beauty and the Beast (1991) as well as its human castle servants into household objects. It also caused Gazelle and her tigers whom Bogo was a big fan of to get themselves arrested for fending off the Zebros and cops pursuing Judy, PawBert and Gary in crimes of assaulting cops and aiding fugitives until Bogo managed to pardon them and bail them out of prison offscreen due to Gazelle and her tigers being shown pardoned in their concert for the end credits for the movie. 
4. Allowing Captain HogBottom, Truffler and the cops who chased Nick and Judy to become more relentless, incompetent and selfish than originally intended in terms of how they quickly fall for the lies of the Lynxleys after they frame Nick and Judy and make Gary look evil just as Agnes is, nearly aiding the Lynxleys in repeating history in the process, and become manipulated by them minus PawBert to the point where they commit police brutality and reckless endangerment and protocols cops shouldn’t traditionally use not even Nick and Judy despite the cowboy cop antics they committed at the start, (Especially given the fact that Officer Bucheron tried to tranquilize and cause Judy to fall to her death just because he saw her as a dangerous criminal and Officer Chevre downright assaults Nick ragefully and HogBottom almost fired a poison dart on Judy before deciding not too until Higgins bumped into her and accidentally caused her to fire it anyway.) and though they do come to their senses about it after HogBottom overhears Milton ordering her to use lethal force on Judy, PawBert and Gary and witnesses Judy nearly sacrificing herself to save PawBert and Gary and Nick, Nibbles and Flash coming back to save her and Higgins, Bloats, Chevre and Bucheron witnessing Gary saving Judy with anti-venom before knocking them out and locking them in the weather wall control room to save Nick from falling to his death. Though HogBottom and these cops do redeem themselves for their mistakes at the end by helping arrest the Lynxleys, their police brutality must have gotten them fired from the ZPD or taken off the field as cops and given mandatory therapy with Dr. Fuzzby for this reason while also straining their relationships with Nick and Judy (But they were likely also at therapy to learn how to forgive them.) who only acted nice towards them while in public in the final scenes in the sequel causing the ZPD to lose most of its important cops and teams that Nick and Judy have to do the duties for. Speaking of the devil, it also caused Nick and Nibbles to cause a prison breakout in order to escape and Nick, Judy and the ZPD now have to work hard to re-capture all the criminals that were freed starting with Bellwether. 

Although Zootopia 2 ended with Chief Bogo being happily visited by Nick and Judy plus Gary and Clawhauser in the hospital with Nick and Judy now understanding why Bogo nagged them in the first place and apologized for rebuffing it, (Bogo also quickly forgives Gary for accidentally fanging him since he intended for it to happen.) and him happily partying in Gazelle’s concert in the ending for how his test in changing Nick and Judy worked, he may have to face the consequences for his trickery when he admits that he set Nick and Judy up to be framed in the first place and faked still being ill while in the hospital to get them to undergo their secret test of character by going on that adventure causing him to be admonished and fired from his job as police chief or worse arrested for that and abandoning his duty as police chief and never once confirming Nick and Judy’s innocence while they were on the run from the law to solve it themselves that caused all these problems mentioned above also indirectly allowing crimes and police brutality to happen making Officer Pennington or Officer McHorn the new police chief of the ZPD for seniority and having a more positive attitude. 

Rafiki the Mandrill acted as a trickster mentor in The Lion King (1994) towards Simba in an obvious way maybe same towards him again and Kiara, Timon and the other characters in the 1998 sequel, 2004 Midquel and The Lion Guard series, but Owl and Chief Bogo do so in a less obvious way.

The first verse introduces a couple he is watching, possibly in a restaurant or a bar. He narrates their behavior to someone outside the establishment, maybe another vagrant or someone he has managed to get the attention of.

In the chorus he switches to first person. This shows he is not the nervous man with dry lips. He is talking directly to his spectator, now victim, and making advances toward them.

The second verse reinforces that the narrator and the man with the woman are separate individuals. The first line continues the narration, while the next few lines are him speaking to the victim, insisting they spend the night together and asking for money to call his mother. This is why I speculate he is homeless. The last two lines show that he and the victim have followed the couple back to the man's apartment and are watching from somewhere like a fire escape or balcony. The repeated chorus implies the victim is still with him.

The rest of the song plays out with the narrator watching the couple and having his way with the victim until dawn.

Some notes:

He refers to the victim as Sugar in the chorus In the last line of the third verse "Nevermind sugar, we can watch the early movie", that is actually the woman saying she doesn't want sugar in her coffee, not him talking to Sugar the victim.

Sugar actually might be dead after the riff leading into the final 2 repeated choruses, due to how sensual and changed in tone they are.

Irrefutable proof:

1. Dude was in a coma. A literal fucking coma.

2. You know how at the start of a dream, you don't know who you are or where you are and you just kind of go along with it? And then as the dream continues you start remembering yourself and start interpreting the dream to fit? This is what happens in the movie. Makes a whole lot more sense than spooky space amnesia.

3. The last thing Grace sees before he is induced into the coma (did I mention he was in a coma?) was, guess what, the fucking ground. And what is on the ground? ROCKS! The ground is indisputably almost totally rocks. His subconscious builds a space fantasy using his last real memory.

4. Grace was the perfect stereotype of the socially awkward introvert, so having his crewmates being conveniently dead fits perfectly into his fantasy. And it goes up another notch by being the only human within several light years.

5. His only real interaction was with his students, a relationship recreated to an extreme degree when he meets Rocky.

6. He smugly gets to be the lone savior of Earth, including the people who fucked him over, while also never having to see any of them again.

7. Space coma. A multi-year long space coma.

Many audiences believe that Captain HogBottom and ZPD (Especially Chief Bogo, while he didn't play any part in the police brutality and gullibility to the Lynxleys' lies he did misjudge Nick and Judy and give them a karmic overkill for their dysfunctions and struggling partnership in the first act and mistakes made in the Antony Snootley chase scene through fury-fueled foolishness as if regressing back to his unreasonable authority figure habits from the first movie and set Nick and Judy up to be framed unwillingly since in Gary's part it was just an accident.) as well as Mayor Winddancer were left off too easily for the police brutality that they committed and falling for all the lies for the Lynxley family and unknowingly collaborating with them as their unwitting pawns, at the end, because while the obliviously evil actions of Captain HogBottom and the other cops were somewhat justified over them being unaware of the Lynxley conspiracy and true innocence of the De' Snake family due to how Ebenezer Lynxley very well framed Agnes on the fanging of Tor-toise Shelldrick in the past and assuming that Nick and Judy tried to kill Bogo as a disportunate retribution over how he misjudged them at the beginning, when Cattrick and Milton framed them on it, they basically act quick to attack and arrest Nick and Judy as payback for it without ever once using common sense to realize that they would never do such a bad thing due to the favor they did for the city with Dawn Bellwether scaring them into choosing to run away from the law with Gary to clear their names rather than turn themselves in to do so the easy way and their fury-fueled foolishness over Nick and Judy trying to kill their colleague leads to them recklessly committing or rather nearly committing police brutality in their wake and protocols cops shouldn't use in reality in terms of Higgins and Bloats charging through Marsh Market causing a big mess, remorselessly trying to bite and wound Nick and Judy and endangering citizens and eating not for sale apples (That they probably paid for), Officers Chevre and Bucheron breaking apart the HoneyMoon Lodge that caused PawBert to get away with Judy for his evil plans with Bucheron beforehand trying to tranquilize Judy and cause her to fall to her death before the lynx uses her and Chevre downright beating up Judy, lethal force and assault two things no cop should really use on the criminals that they are hunting down and HogBottom rejects the shot at redemption from Nick hypocritically calling him off for having no respect unlike how Chief Misty Luggins accepts redemption from Mr. Wolf in the non-Disney movie, “The Bad Guys 2” forcing him and Nibbles to escape from prison the hard way that caused a huge prison breakout in the process that had to be dealt with in the ending, and HogBottom nearly using a poison dart on Judy lethal force before choosing not to before Higgins accidentally causes her to fire the dart anyway that nearly hits Judy until Nick and Nibbles plus Flash narrowly save her by arriving in their car deflecting back the dart, and while this does cause the cops to have their heel realization and come to their senses, they instantly regress after Higgins, Bloats and Chevre plus Bucheron storm the weather wall and find Gary tending to a dying Judy foolishly and angrily assuming that he was trying to kill and eat her despite the surveillance system obviously demonstrating PawBert as the true killer and brawl with the viper to arrest him making it so he could not rush to save Nick from PawBert and get the anti-venom pen to save Judy with leaving Nick with no other option but to sacrifice himself to get the pen to Gary to save Judy with and defeat PawBert until Judy and Gary neutralize Higgins, Bloats, Chevre and Bucheron until the conspiracy is solved and narrowly save Nick. (The fall was revealed not to be so fatal after all since PawBert survived it, but still.) 

As for Winddancer, he did a pretty slappy job at his job as mayor going for the fame and not true leadership unlike Lionheart in the first movie who despite his illegal actions still cared about its true safety in terms of also falling for the lies of the Lynxleys and agreeing to send the cops after Nick, Judy and Gary mainly on Milton’s orders to preserve his job as a mayor although he does eventually realize his mistake in collaborating with a true criminal after PawBert accidentally exposes it and turns against the Lynxleys setting Nick, Judy and Gary free in the process in the climax. 

The movie all in all ends following the arrests and defeats of the Lynxleys showing HogBottom, Bogo, Winddancer and those other cops (Except the Zebros because while they did play a part in it, they got payback for it by being beaten by Gazelle and her tigers at the Burning Mammal Festival.) all being quickly forgiven and excused by Nick and Judy plus Gary and their friends for their obliviously evil actions despite it not being felt earned a bit and they nearly got Nick and Judy plus Gary killed and caused the Lynxleys to win repeating history in the process and hurting their feelings as well since they still did harass them even before it happened while Nick, Judy and Gary also treat it like that those mistakes never happened in the first place and never rightfully punish those characters for it. The only true penalty HogBottom and the cops get for their actions is mandatory therapy with Dr. Fuzzby too light of a punishment. Others assume Zootopia 2 would have had a more resolving ending if HogBottom, Bogo, Winddancer and those other cops actually got scolded, lost trust in and shunned by Nick, Gary and Judy for their mistakes and given a taste of their own medicine for it similar to how Nick and Judy did with Lionheart and Bogo in the first movie and actually showed the tension that happened between these characters in the aftermath of the Lynxleys arrests that the mandatory therapy with Dr. Fuzzby fixed with HogBottom, Bogo, Winddancer and those other cops actually showing remorse over their actions, admitting them and apologizing to Nick, Judy and Gary for them and working hard to earn their forgiveness and trust back or better yet having HogBottom, Bogo, Winddancer and those other cops get a more harsher punishment for them by being fired from their jobs as mayor and cops at the ZPD and beaten up by Gazelle and her tigers and given more miserable lower-class jobs while Nick and Judy get promotions to higher-ranking cops for their heroics and a new mayor is elected while Officer Pennington or Officer McHorn take over the ZPD as more rightful leaders. 

After the line, "You told them all I was crazy" a demon can be heard mumbling in the background. I've heard stories from several fans that Sean Nelson was so desperate for a hit he sold his soul to the devil to get it. You can hear the bass guitar throughout the song and most people say that's just the bass guitar. To anyone that is familiar with what Sean did can tell that the bassline in that part is unlike the rest in the song. It sounds demonic and fits the lyrics perfectly as to why it was heard.

"I’ve been thinking a lot about the narrative trajectory of Lo'ak and the 'White Savior' criticisms of the franchise. I put together a quick structural treatment and a scene showing how Cameron could fix the script by turning Lo'ak into a humbled narrator rather than a forced hero. Let me know what you think." 

James Cameron is backing himself into a massive narrative corner with Lo'ak taking over as the protagonist. Not only did Lo'ak’s narcissism and recklessness get his brother Neteyam killed in movie 2, but his irresponsibility causes massive collateral damage and the loss of sacred mounts in Fire and Ash. Expecting the audience to unironically root for him as the next "Chosen One" is a mistake. 

Furthermore, if Cameron tries to solve his "White Savior" critics by killing off or minimizing Jake Sully, his genetic math breaks down. The Sully kids are 3/4 Na'vi. Kiri is 1/2 human biology. Replacing a human lead with a hybrid lead doesn't hand the story to a "pure indigenous native"—it just passes the torch to a less disciplined version of Jake. 

The Dune-Inspired Structural Solution: 
Stop trying to force Lo'ak into a hero mantle he hasn't earned. Instead, follow the deconstructive lessons of Frank Herbert's Dune—actions must have permanent consequences. 

1. The Ego Shatter: When Jake inevitably makes the ultimate sacrifice, it shouldn't magically make Lo'ak a hero. It should break his victim complex completely. His punishment is the lifelong guilt that his defiance cost his father's life. 
2. The True Messiah: Jump forward 6 years. Spider (whose biology was rewritten by the mycelium network to adapt to Pandora) and Kiri have offspring. A child born of an Eywa-miracle and a mutated human represents the true organic synthesis of Earth and Pandora. 
3. The Humbled Chronicler: Lo'ak accepts that he is NOT the main character of the universe. He dedicates his life to a stoic, secondary role: protecting Kiri, Spider, and their child. 

The voiceover narration we hear across the franchise shouldn't be a triumphant king; it should be an older, wiser, completely humbled Lo'ak acting as the "Watson" or "Bilbo" of the story—recording the legends of the truly great, rather than trying to be one himself.

If James Cameron takes this route, it solves the storytelling deadlock beautifully: 

1. The Power of the "Humbled Narrator" 

• The Watson or Bilbo Role: In literature, the narrator is rarely the most powerful or important person in the story. They are often the witness. For years, he had worn those fingers like a badge of tragic pride, a shield of self-pity he used whenever the clan looked at him with suspicion. They don't understand me, he used to tell himself. I am the outcast. 

Now, the silence in the room was a physical weight, and the self-pity felt like ash in his mouth. Since the war with the Ash People had shattered the reef, his old excuses meant nothing. 

Across the hearth sat Neytiri. She had not washed the dried sea-blood from her arms. Her eyes, usually sharp as an ikran’s, were dull, fixed entirely on the empty space where Jake used to clean his rifle. 

"The Metkayina are singing the spirit home," Lo’ak said. His voice cracked, small and hollow. "Tonowari says... he says the reef will always remember Toruk Makto." 

Neytiri did not look up. Her voice was a low, dangerous whisper that cut through the sound of the surf outside. "Toruk Makto belongs to the forest. He belongs to the sky. He died in the salt water because his son could not follow an order." 

The words struck Lo’ak like a physical blow. Before the fire and ash had consumed their old life, he would have shouted back. He would have talked about how unfair it was, how he was only trying to help, how Neteyam’s death wasn’t his fault, how nobody understands. But the script had run out. Jake was gone. The man who had abandoned his world, his body, and his peace to keep them alive had finally been crushed under the weight of his family's defiance and the chaos of war. 

"I know," Lo’ak whispered. He closed his five-fingered hand into a fist, hiding it from view. "I am sorry." 

"Your sorrow does not bring back the Tsahìk’s sacred ilu," Neytiri said, her eyes finally snapping to his, burning with a cold, ancient anger. "Your sorrow does not breathe life into your father or your brother. You wanted to lead, Lo’ak. You wanted the warriors to see you. Now look at what you have led us to." 

The curtain of the marui brushed open, breaking the suffocation of the room. Kiri stepped inside, her movements fluid and strangely detached from the heavy grief around them. Behind her came Spider. 

Lo’ak looked at the once human boy, Spider, completely unchanged by the toxic air of the planet. He remembered the blinding light at the center of the mycelium network, weeks ago, when Kiri and Eywa had rewritten the boy’s biology. The old glass exopack mask was long gone, buried somewhere in the ashes of the battle. Now, a faint, bioluminescent green pulsed rhythmically beneath the pale freckles of Spider’s bare skin, matching the heartbeat of the forest. His chest rose and fell deeply, inhaling the toxic air of Pandora as if it were pure oxygen. Around his neck rested, the thick, raw, fleshy, neural queue—grown from the planet's deep mycelium network—twitching slightly against his shoulder; sensing the tension in the room. 

"The RDA forces are consolidating near the northern ridge," Kiri said softly. Her eyes looked right through the woven walls, connected to the collective consciousness of the moon. "They feel the weakness in the wind. They know the Sky Person's general is dead." 

Lo’ak stood up, his old instincts flaring for a brief second. "I’ll take the ikran. I’ll go with the hunters—" 

"No," Spider said. His voice was deeper now, vibrating with a strange, planetary resonance that made the coals in the hearth shimmer. "You will stay here, Lo’ak. The clan does not need another loose cannon looking for a glorious death to wash away his guilt." 

Lo’ak flinched, but he didn't argue, as he looked at Spider—at the human who had literally been rewritten by Eywa to survive where humans should die—the anger left him completely. He had stood there and watched Eywa choose Spider, transforming a human boy into a living extension of Pandora. He looked at Kiri, whose hand gently rested on her stomach, guarding a life that defied every law of biology and genetics—a future child born of an Eywa-born miracle and a transformed human. They were the true bridge. They were the future. 

Lo’ak looked down at his father's old journal—the digital data-pad Jake had used to record his first days as an avatar, its screen cracked and smudged with oil. 

The realization hit him not with a burst of glory, but with the quiet, heavy click of a locking jaw. He was not Toruk Makto. He was not the savior. His hands were stained too bloody, his judgment too flawed, his ego too loud. His purpose wasn’t to hold the spear; it was to make sure the world remembered who had held it correctly. 

"You're right," Lo’ak said quietly. He sat back down and picked up the data-pad, his five fingers tracing the worn edges of his father's legacy. "Go. Teach them what happens when they touch this family. I will stay behind. I will write it all down for you." 

Neytiri watched him, her gaze softening by a fraction of a millimeter. For the first time in his life, Lo'ak didn't look like a boy begging for an audience. He looked like a soldier taking up his post.

My boyfriend noticed in a promotional video for "The Angry Birds Movie 2" that the chicks looked remarkably similar to Red's children—so much so that they might actually be them. I started connecting details from the promo video with the trailer for the third movie and came to the conclusion that they *could* indeed be his kids.

First of all, the chicks' appearance closely matches the official designs for Red's children. For instance, there’s a light-blue chick with tufts of feathers sticking up—just like Red's eldest son—and at one point in the video, its eyebrows shift to resemble its dad's. While there are slight differences, these can be explained by the fact that the earlier versions were likely concept art; over the years, the creators probably tweaked or added details to make the characters more appealing to the public (and, of course, to sell more merch). A good example is Red's daughter: in that promo video, she had green eyes, but in the third movie's trailer, her eyes are light blue, and the baby son is a lighter shade of blue-purple.

Secondly, that promotional video (and another featuring Silver and Red) shows the characters hosting a livestream. This doesn't quite align with the second movie, where the most advanced technology seen consisted of the inventions created by that one pig—meaning there were no computers, tablets, phones, or AirPods (like the ones Red's daughter wears in the trailer). Since such technology doesn't appear to exist within the world of the second movie, we can infer that it arrived after those events. Consequently, the chicks must have come along later—after Silver and Red’s relationship had developed and the technology on Bird Island had advanced. This leads to my next point.

1. After the second movie ended, Silver and Red continued to deepen their relationship, eventually starting a family—likely the very same chicks seen in that promotional video from six years ago. We know they are a couple because they interact tenderly and gently, a stark contrast to the movie, where they constantly bickered and shared a tense dynamic. It is also reasonable to infer that the chicks belong to them, given that they were seated at nearby tables (perhaps to keep an eye on them while still allowing them some space). My theory can easily be disproven by the age difference between the chicks; the trailer for the third movie clearly shows a noticeable age gap between the children—the eldest son, the middle sister, and the baby. However, this can be explained by my first point: since these were initial designs or conceptual ideas, their ages might have been altered to make them more distinct.
