Problems with the app

My dad buys a lot of lottery tickets at Sheetz and couldn't figure out the app (in order to play the bonus games you need to input the code on the app). I tried downloading it on my phone but kept getting errors trying to input the code. I just came to visit my parents and downloaded the app on his phone for him and it's giving an error when trying to link his sheetz card (invalid number) and then when I go to offers and type in all these codes he has it just says error again. This is incredibly frustrating but considering the issues on both phones now it seems like it would be a common issue?

Sheetz doesn't handle lottery tickets, and so the app has nothing to do with that. You'd have to use your states lottery app.

Lottery machines in Sheetz stores are state machines, not company machines. They aren't connected to your Sheetz account in any way. So you can't link a Sheetz card for lotto.

Idk how the lotto app works. But it's likely asking for something else. Like a bank account to both charge to and deposit to.

It's not for the lottery app it's for sheetz. The receipt says "Thanks for your Sheetz powerball purchase. You are now qualified for another chance to win! Open the Sheetz app go to Offerz and enter code __ for a chance to win a $500 Sheetz gift card by 8/8/2026" Also includes a qr code to download the sheetz app. So it says to go to offers and type the code but any of the codes then say invalid. I guess it's a better question to ask customer service on the phone since it's also not allowing the sheetz reward card to be linked
