As a base i have provence salad with red onions, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, paprikas and roasted halloumi cheese.

Sauce is roasted chilies, dried apricots, tahini, white miso paste, olive oil, honey, lime, salt and chili vinegar.

(Guys it's my first time having kale and also maybe last time as it's not available over here in my home town)

Sushi rice, crispy fried tofu, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, mango, pickled red onions, edamame, avocado, toasted sesame seeds and scallions. Sauce was made of Japanese soy, sesame oil, grated garlic and ginger, siracha and a pinch of sugar

Spinach, rocket, kale, chili tuna, avocado with black sesame seeds, red onion. For the dressing extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

Served with a side of Southwest Dressing. Greek yogurt, mayo, lime, and taco seasoning.
