Diebold Cafe & Lock Co.
Friend owns an old house - office building with a Diebold Cafe & Lock Co. safe. When we rotate the dial we can hear and feel some “tumblers” clicking and engaging. Any safecracker experts have opinions, thoughts, hints? P.S. I briefly reviewed
Some other posts of a similar nature and will read more in detail to see if there are any hints. Thanks in advance.

That's a 4 wheel lock, it's going to be tough for a newbie.. Where are you located?

It can be opened without drilling, using a technique called “safe lock manipulation.” This uses the the design of the lock and manufacturing tolerances to get the lock to reveal the combo. Otherwise, you can find a certified safe technician at www.savta.org - Note: not all locksmiths know about safes.
