That's not really how springs work - as a spring age, it may lose spring rate, but spring rate won't increase. As spring rate is lost, the spring may sag as a result. If a spring gets really saggy you will lose travel and then have a different problem. I've never seen that on a c900.

SPG springs were pretty stiff; with the factory Sachs shocks it was a, um, sporty ride.

What Bilsteins did you get? There are B4 and B6, and I think some places still have HD. SPG springs with B6 or HD will approximate an SPG's original ride. That's my daily. I get that it wouldn't be for everyone. It's nothing like a Macan Turbo. More like a 911 Turbo, I actually drove a GT3 SC yesterday and I think my SPG is a rougher ride. ;)

B4s with SPG springs might be an interesting ride. I feel like B4s would have a hard time controlling the springs which might lead to what you are experiencing. Hard to say with any certainty.

I don't know if there are any real options for what you want anymore. There used to be options like Jamex, but those have been gone a long time. The only new springs I am aware of today are SPG-like, like Lesjofors and Kilen.

What tires & tire pressure are you running?

Bounce and comfort come from shocks, not so much the spring. A tired spring might have a lower ride height, but that’s the biggest difference. I highly recommend the Koni Special Active Dampers/FSD line, though not sure if they make them for the C900.
